The property utilizes a virtual key system for entering the building, operating the elevator, and unlocking the door to our unit - all accessible from your smartphone.
Parking is not available within the building premises; however, valet parking is offered for a fee. Alternatively, the College Station Garage, 2 min walk from our building, provides parking at a reasonably priced rate. Currently, their rates are $10 for 0-4 hours and $15 for 4-24 hours, with an additional $15 for each subsequent day. Please note that these rates may be subject to change, and it's advisable to check for the most up-to-date pricing.
For safety reasons, we do not supply any food or cooking condiments, ensuring a fresh start for each guest. If you plan to whip up a home-cooked meal, these items are readily available at a nearby supermarket for your convenience.
