GENERAL Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. We thank you for not smoking and not bringing any pets onto the premises.

We will only accommodate those guests specified and no more above and beyond that number, especially due to municipal codes regarding occupancy.
NOISE & GATHERINGS Due to the residential nature of our neighborhood and out of respect for our neighbors, we have a strict policy against social gatherings or any other loud/disruptive activities, especially after 9pm. This also means no visitors (anyone not already accounted for in the booking and already staying here) at any time. Our property manager lives nearby and he’s had to ask guests to leave in the past for throwing parties.
OCCUPANCY Please note the maximum occupancy and number of bedrooms specified in this listing. The maximum number of guests, including all infants and children, shall not exceed this number at all times.
SAFETY There may be cameras present on the exterior of the property. Please see the listing for further details. Cameras must remain clear and not be tampered with or blocked in any way.
STAYS LONGER THAN 30 NIGHTS The booking site does not have a mechanism for recurring charges, but as a benefit to both us and the guest, we do require a recurring cleaning of the unit to be scheduled once every 2-3 weeks at an additional cost equal to the original cleaning fee each time, and this would include cleaning of towels and linens. This is charged separately for each individual cleaning.
FURNISHINGS Moving existing furniture out of the apartment or new furniture into it without consent of the host is strictly prohibited. Moving large furniture within the apartment from one room to another is also prohibited as our housekeeper may not be able to physically move it back once you depart.
PARKING Parking details are specified in the Amenities section of this listing. If there is no reserved parking, please observe all posted parking restrictions when utilizing public parking.
TRASH & RECYCLING Use blue bins for recycling, green bins for food waste, and black bins for everything else.
INFANTS & BABIES If our space is listed as child-friendly, it’s because we’ve had many families with infants request to stay. While we’re happy to host those groups, please note that we do not provide cribs, pack and plays, or infant bedding, so plan accordingly if needed. However, if our space is listed as not suitable for children under 12, that means we are unable to accommodate young guests for safety or comfort reasons.

The house looks like the pictures and was very comfortable for our group of 4 co-workers. It's in a great neighborhood with views of downtown and the bay, with easy access to the locations we needed to get to. The 4th "bedroom" is a daybed in the living room, but the common spaces were large and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

We appreciated the location; it was perfect for morning walks and jaunts to sumptuous meals. The internet was a recurring issue because multiple devices slowed the connection. One of the bedrooms lacked a closet, which made unpacking inconvenient. The backyard was unkempt, and it would have been better if the landscaping crew had come earlier.
