Cannot recommend this place enough! Beautiful and spacious home. Pool room is large and has everything you need. Property is secluded and peaceful. Perfect getaway and only a short drive from Chicagoland area. Would stay here again and again.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our host was so accommodating and kind! The house was spectacular and decorated beautifully for the Christmas holidays! It was neat and very clean, well stocked with everything you need to make your stay feel like home. I would highly recommend this rental and plan on returning!

We stayed for my daughter’s 18th birthday with a group of 11 and the house was amazing! Spacious, clean, fresh flowers and stylish decor in a house that felt like home. We live in the Chicagoland area and it was the perfect short distance getaway. It was like a mini vacation. The hostess Gregoria was super helpful.

It was a beautiful home with lots of space to spread out!!! Lots of extra touches such as fresh fruit and flowers, pool toys and towels, extra pillows and blankets! Everything we could of needed and more! We are already talking about booking for next year!

50th Anniversary Celebration

Our family loved this property. Perfect space for our family of 15; the pool was the icing on the cake. We appreciated all the amenities , and the extra touch of beautiful fresh flowers did not go unnoticed. Great setup in the kitchen for preparing meals. The kiddos loved the ability to play video games. Great place.

This home is absolutely beautiful & a great place to unwind. It was spotless, open, & bright with several windows offering peaceful natural lighting. Gregoria & Steven were attentive, helpful with any questions we had & SO thoughtful with the amenities throughout! The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruits, bottled water, sparkling, flavored & unflavored, various types of coffee, creamer, an array of spices, etc. Keurig, ice maker, air fryer, Ninja blender & many other kitchen gadgets. Tons of space for cooking or just enjoying the company of family in the kitchen & various seating/eating areas.Entertainment spaces in the home were equipped with great surround sound speaker systems, quality pictures & comfortable seating.The master bathroom was above & beyond with two different shower heads, letting you have the option of a rain shower, perfect pressure mist, or a combination of both with a steamer setting, heat lighting & not to mention the heated floors!With 6 bedrooms (all spacious & beds comfortable) everyone had their own space to spread out & rest, while the home offered plenty of shared spaces to hang out & socialize.The game room had plenty of games, books, toys & a great protector giving you an entire wall of TV, movies, or video games.Last & definitely not least, the indoor pool was a whole mood, with fun lighting & a great sound system. Pool floats & floaties of various sizes for adults & kids alike, goggles, a surf board, pool basketball were fun too!

What a wonderful property!

My extended family had a wonderful time this passed weekend at this Spring Grove property. Gregoria was a thoughtful, gracious host who provided us with everything we needed and then some! She had a few really special and generous surprises awaiting us! The house description is beautiful, yet still doesn't do it justice. It was spacious, very functional, and really, really beautiful. The kids loved the pool and all the great gear that went with it. I can't think of a thing that could have made our stay better! Thank you, Gregoria!

Amazing Night for my Daughter and Her Friends!

My daughter is graduating high school, so brought a group of her and friends up for a night to celebrate. House did not disappoint!!House was perfectly kept. Had every extra you could ask for. Absolutely one of the best VRBO hosts you’ll see. Indoor pool was amazing. Multiple outside areas….. list goes on. Photos don’t do property justice.ZERO complaints, will definitely bring family back soon for next large gathering.

Our stay in this beautiful home was definitely a 5-star experience! It was even more luxurious than we anticipated. Gregoria was very available both before and then during our stay when we had a question about the use of a particular appliance. She is a gracious hostess and was especially thoughtful, leaving a lovely gift for our recently-born grandson whom I had mentioned in passing before our stay. This home was well-supplied with cooled beverages and a large variety of fresh fruit for our use, as well as well-appointed with charming vases of fresh lilies and other flowers, adding to the elegant ambiance of this home. the indoor pool area was a favorite gathering place for our family, and we definitely felt like we were at a vacation resort. The property was a good or even better than represented. We give it our highest rating.

Perfect for a large family get together.

Our large family stayed at this property for my son’s wedding. Most of us were coming from out of town and wanted to stay together. The house was very spacious well appointed and definitely well suited for those who like to cook - which we do. The host was very nice and left an abundance of fresh fruit, cold water, and even some cold beer for us. After a long drive, it was very nice to be able to come in and settle quickly.One of the things that pleasantly surprised us is that everybody mentioned that their bed was comfortable. It is rare when you have that many people staying that no one is complaining about the beds. Our bed was very comfortable, and I don’t remember the last time I went on vacation, not thinking that I was ready for my own bed.Gregoria was very responsive and clearly takes pride in her duties as a host. I would recommend this house and this host.

We rented this home for a special family celebration of 2 birthdays and an anniversary. With 14 people in the home we had plenty of room to spread out - the house is much larger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for all sorts of entertaining! On Saturday night, the outdoor grill was large enough to accommodate steaks & salmon, while 2 professional chefs in our group found all the utensils to prep the remainder of the meal. A Viking range with double oven was wonderful to have for our use. And the cabinet full of elegant entertaining platters, servers, cake stand helped us to serve a lovely meal & dessert with all the finer touches. The pool - and especially the assortment of large pool toys- was the big hit! Gregoria was an A host with immediate responses to our messages, and delightful surprises. The stocked cooler of cool beverages was appreciated by everyone. The fruit tower was a beautiful treat, and fun for the kids to try the variety of offerings.
