Large walk out basement with gorgeous views in tranquil Santa Clara

Private walkout basement with large living area, spacious backyard, and gorgeous views of Pine Valley Mountain, the Red Mountain, and the black desert lava fields. Our space is peaceful, clean, and we take pride in making sure you have everything you need for a fantastic stay. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with brand new carpet and plenty of closet space with shelves and hangers. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a twin bed with a large walk in closet with shelves and hangers. Both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom-each has its own sink and mirror with a shared shower/toilet space. We have a full kitchen, including a toaster, coffee pot, rice cooker, and kettle. An Instant Pot, crock pot, and air fryer are available upon request. You'll be close to grocery stores, multiple restaurants, gas stations, Black Desert Golf Course, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon State Park, walking trails, and many sports locations/fields. We own 2 very friendly Doodles who love all humans and especiallychildren, who have access to the backyard.
