Willkommen im Sun Lake Resort. Diese 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder 1650 qm Wohnung liegt zum Sonnensee und es hat eine geräumige, abgeschirmte Terrasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Es dauert nur 1 Minute zu Fuß zu einem Platz zum Einkaufen und Restaurants, was sehr praktisch ist! Noch wichtiger ist, dass Sie nur 3,2 km von Disney entfernt sind und die Shuttlebusse direkt vor dem Hotel für Sie verfügbar sind. Keine Sorge mehr, dass Sie im Verkehr hängen bleiben müssen. (Shuttlebusse: Überqueren Sie einfach die Straße vom Sun Lake Resort).
Dieses Gerät verfügt über 1 Kingsize-Bett, 2 Queensize-Betten, 2 Doppelbetten, 1 Queensize-Schlafsofa und 1 Kinderbett, 3 Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer sowie ein Familienzimmer. Our stay at Sun Lake

When we first arrived we had problem getting in touch with the manager about the condo. We sat outside in our vehicle about an hour and half. Then the manger finally responded to my email. The condo was nice and neat. I really enjoyed the space and everything. It just wasn't anything to do after dark everything be lock. The swimming pool closes to early and the hot tub doesn't work.

Nice, clean, comfy. AC was broke When we arrived owner had it fixed immediately. Plumbing was a little loud when toilets flushed but other than that everything was fine here Would probably stay again.

Wonderful Accommodations

I am used to hotel stays on our travels but since we were going to have family members with us we decided to book a place where we all could stay together. This property had wonderful accommodations for us. The location was excellent near Disney, Shops ,Restaurants and the airport. The swimming pool and spa was a big hit and everyone we met there was kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting the area. TY so much for a great stay!!

Close to disney

This place could be great. I don't think guests are letting property management know about issues with the rental. Broken electrical outlet , smoke detector falling down off wall. Furniture falling apart , toliet sounds like it wanted to blow up in master every time you flushed it. Only 1 TV worked out of 3, walls were very dirty. Left 2 messages for the property management and no calls back. Alot of amenities were not there due to previous renters taking them. Pros Close to disney, great price, nice pool, alot of different restaurants close to the property. Abundance of parking . Over all I think it would be a nice place to stay if management could keep up with maintenance. The owner of the property was very informative.

Good price in a nice location

Overall it was a good stay. There are some things that could be improved upon. The light and ceiling fan in the master didn’t function as they should. There was a fan in the closet but it was caked in dust so we had to clean it. My husband said the plumbing wasn’t done correctly and we could smell pee and poop throughout the unit every time someone used the bathroom. But it was pretty close to Disney and restaurants so the location was great and the price was good and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms was really perfect for our family of 6. We also loved that there were two separate sitting areas in the front and back of the unit. The screened in balcony was nice except that the screen was dirty and had holes in it. Overall, we enjoyed it. We weren’t there most of the time so the minor issues weren’t too much of a problem.

Just Great!

The location was perfect to all places near by! Super close to the amusement parks and walking distance to food locations, minature golf, and a grocery store. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen utensils and was able to cook great food. You will have no regrets on choosing this place to stay and will enjoy the relaxation of vacation.

Disgusting

Had to give 1 Star to submit but the truth is 0 Stars! The apartment was infested with Bed Bugs and my son slept in the bed with them for 3 nights before we realized. Furthermore the owner will not respond to my request. They do not care at all. I am seeking council and will continue to rate the stay on social media until I receive a full refund for the stay. I don’t believe this is an owner that VRBO should be affiliated with. Do not stay at this rental or any other rental using this owner or frankly VRBO as they are the referring company!

This guest reported they found bed bugs in one of the bedrooms(Twin bedroom) on Dec 28 night.Our management company went to the unit at same night to check and confirmed that one bedroom(twin beds) had bed bugs issue.My management company replaced twin box springs,Mattreses and beddings and did the pest control treatment next day(Dec 29).The guest didn't leave and continue to stay at this unit until completed the booking on Jan 2.Then guest sent us email and asked full refund,We don't agree this request.We offered the guest two free night stay the next time they visit Orlando. We try to minimize the effects of this accident on guest's vacation.We did all things we can do after guest reported the bed bugs issue.

multiple problems throughout our stay; wouldn't stay here again

We had multiple problems starting on day 1 and lasting through our last day here. We would not advise anyone staying here. There were multiple units available on HomeAway in this condo complex. We chose one with an upstairs view based on the pictures. When we paid, we received one address but then only days before our trip, we received an email with a different address. When we arrived, we went to the original address only to find it was double booked with another family who arrived the same day. It was the upper unit we reserved and paid for. The second address was a 1st floor unit which meant we wouldn't be able to leave windows open and more on that to come later. The first day, the WiFi was slow and sketchy. It was so slow that our Apple TV wouldn't load as well as some websites on our devices. The second day, the internet went out completely. No WiFi, TV, or phone. It stayed that way until the following day despite our multiple requests to have it fixed the same day. The following day, it started working at some point in the late afternoon and stayed on the remainder of the stay. Being on the 1st floor allowed us to be woken up on our last day at 3:30am until 4:45am with the upper unit moving and dropping furniture around and running wind sprints. They then opened their patio door and proceeded to celebrate/argue for the remainder of the time right above our bedroom. This also woke up our 3 children. The 1st floor unit is not what we chose and paid for. Please note, they provide no dish soap or laundry detergent as well as one role of toilet paper per bathroom regardless of your length of stay. During our stay, we also killed one cockroach in the 'master bathroom'. We did not see any other cockroaches throughout our stay. The queen beds in two of the bedrooms were comfortable, like semi firm foam beds. The bed in the 'master bedroom' was limp. It's hard to explain, but the sides/edges all sloped down. It presented a difficult situation to sleep in addition to the pillows being flimsy. The twin beds in the last bedroom were extremely firm yet quite bouncy? In all, our children all slept well while we have not encountered a bed/pillow combination quite as uncomfortable as this before. The whole unit needs general updates from rust in the bathrooms to wobbly furniture. However, it was cheap, had hot water, and the appliances worked. If you are looking for something with a roof and indoor plumbing, this is for you.
