Schöne renovierte Ferienwohnung

Unsere Eigentumswohnung / Wohnung ist voll möbliert und zu einem sehr hohen Standard ausgestattet, Komfort und Bequemlichkeit. Es wurde vor kurzem mit Holzböden im ganzen neu eingerichtet, zusätzlich zu allen neuen Möbeln und neuen Geräten e. G. 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Plasma-Fernseher, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle. Es ist voll klimatisiert und beheizt, mit Deckenventilatoren im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer für zusätzliche Zirkulation. Kabel-Farbfernsehen, DVD, Telefon und WLAN-Einrichtungen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lounge hat eine wundervolle Gewölbedecke, die das geräumige Gefühl dieses 1100 m² großen Grundstücks ergänzt.

Die geräumige Küche / Frühstücksbereich ist gut mit den neuesten Geräten ausgestattet, die volle Selbstversorgung ermöglichen. Dazu gehören ein großer, selbstreinigender Elektroofen, eine Mikrowelle, ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, ein Geschirrspüler, ein Doppelwaschbecken mit Abfallentsorgung, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster, ein Staubsauger, ein Telefon, ein Radiowecker und ein Haartrockner. Ausreichende Lieferungen von Besteck, Porzellan, Wechsel von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern (sowohl Hand- und Badgröße) werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine automatische Waschmaschine, ein Wäschetrockner, ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Condominium verfügt über zwei Doppelzimmer und ein Zweibettzimmer, die Platz für bis zu 6 Personen bietet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, Kabel-TV mit Fernbedienung und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Für die restlichen zwei Schlafzimmer gibt es ein separates Badezimmer. Für kleine Kinder steht ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung. Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen großen Kleiderschrank und Stauraum.

Unser Condominium befindet sich im Sweetwater Club am Siesta Lago Drive direkt an der US192 und ist ideal für alle wichtigen Attraktionen geeignet (Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Universal Island of Adventure, Disney Animal Kingdom etc.) . Die Haupttore von Disney World sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit den entferntesten Attraktionen, die Universal Studios sind nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Der Sweetwater Club ist 25 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Orlando entfernt und die Reise ist sehr unkompliziert.

Excellent accommodation. The property was clean and very spacious. We were 6 adults - we had no sufficient space. The location was very good. The kitchen needed more large pots and pans and property needs some updates. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great Location

This was a convenient location for our trip to Orlando. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very communicative. The pool is only a small walk across the compex and very convenient to use. I enjoyed being on the top condo and the stairs are not bad.

Very spacious!

The property manager did not contact us about check-in info until less than 24 hours before we were to arrive even though we had been told we would get info one week prior to arrival. We also had some trouble with the door lock. The living area is extremely spacious.

Thank you Debbie Just for clarity, the local management company was late in passing on the secure door code but you did have it before arrival. I always remain in contact with all guests to deal with any such problems and I would have shared the owners code if for some reason the management company failed in its responsibilities. Christmas holiday

We have just returned from 18 nights at Franks condo and had a lovely stay. Everything was great. good location, everything you would need for your stay was provided. Frank was a pleasure to deal with definitely going above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect with brilliant communication. We have stayed in this area many times and would 100% stay here again.

This property was in a great location. A quick drive to Universal, but far enough away to be relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The property owner is a delight and incredibly easy to communicate and deal with.

Great location

It was very comfortable and homey. Rooms were nice size so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Pool was nice and clean. Great location to all the parks which is why we went in the first place! Very affordable also. We will definitely stay again when we need to stay in this area!

Would Stay Again

The location was a short drive to Walt Disney World which was of the reasons why we chose the condo. The pool is close to the home which is a plus. Some things need to be updated and changed but the condo itself was clean and a great size for my family. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, amazing, amazing.

Exceptional place to stay. Extremely clean and plenty of space for my party of 6. Well appointed condo which didn’t need to be improved in any way. Close to parks, museums and loads of eateries. Loved my stay and would definately stay again.

Great place to stay with family!

My family and i stayed in aug. It was a great condo! Clean! Full of amenities and close to EVERYTHING! , with just enough distance to get away from the craziness and relax! Definitely will be visiting again! Also frank was awesome to work with!

Pre-Christmas stay

It was a perfect place for us to stay before going to Disney! It was exactly as described, and the 6 of us fit perfectly! Thank you Frank for being so hospitable and for the great communication!! It was a great way to start our Christmas vacation! Thank you again! Merry Christmas!

We live in Ireland and travel to Florida as often as possible but at least twice a year. We found and fell in love with Sweetwater Club in the mid 1990's and purchased in 1999 . We find Sweetwater an ideal location for anything one would wish to do in central Florida , be it trips to all the wonderful Theme Parks , fabulous golfing or indeed the fantastic shopping ! We did a wonderful job of renovating our Unit and are very proud of the work undertaken . It has been called the nicest unit in Sweetwater .We hope you like it too .

We chose this location to buy in central Florida having spent some time considering all options . Sweetwater is wonderfully located for Disney and all the major Theme Parks but also close to all the Outlet Malls and a large numbers of fabulous Golf Courses . In this regard it ticked all the boxes for us and our friends and family and we have spent many holidays enjoying the sun , shops , worlds and golf . Perfect !
We have a wonderful local Management Company who liaise with our guests before , during and after their visit and are always available to help in any way that you might need.
Our primary concern is always to ensure that our guests have a wonderful time and fully enjoy all the home comforts of our lovely condo.

All the benefits of Central Florida abound . The Parks , the Outlet Malls plus the many Bars and Restaurants. We have a special interest in the many ,many Golf Courses in the vicinity . We have tried them all ( and mostly failed !) so if you need any recommendations, just let us know .
