It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. There is a full kitchen with all cookware, utensils and dishes. There is a two person breakfast table and a separate dining room for six. The living room is spacious with a 50 inch fire t.v. There is a separate room for an office for privacy and for work. In the office is a roll-away bed Twin size for extra sleepers. The utility room has a game table for Foosball and seven other games, such as air-hockey, pool, and ping pong. Outside there is a fire pit with a bench and six chairs that can be brought out. We have a Traeger pellet grill for BBQ. Two king sized beds and two queen size beds. there is also a single bed rollaway bed there. For those with large groups, we have a double bed air mattress available that can be used it what was designated as the office as a fifth bedroom. We are located .9 miles from the Paragon Casino and 3.1 miles from Spring Bayou Boat Landing. Many restaurants are nearby including a grocery store(Harvest Food) only 4 blocks away. There is parking for Campers, Boat-trailers and vehicles fitting 8-12 cars or trucks. The home is made for comfort and also perfect for hosting bridesmaids parties or showers. The refrigerator is full sized, with a gas range, dishwasher and Microwave. There are two coffee pots, one for k-cups. There is an outdoor patio in the front with a concrete table and benches. There are string lights in the rear near the fire pit and on the front side porch. If you desire only two bedrooms and one full bathroom, I will make you a special offer. The whole balance of the house is still yours and yours alone. The only stipulation is that the two bedroom option must have minimum stay of two days. With the four bedroom and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms I also have a roll-away bed in the third bedroom closet for a child if needed. There are Fire TV's in each bedroom. This is great for large families or parties.
