Vacation At Its Finest presents Abacos 307! Experience this beautiful getaway featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, while only a minutes’ walk from the beach, numerous restaurants, shopping, dessert options, and adult beverages. This condo and location is designed to meet all your needs while your car stays parked!!

Family Room: Sleeper Sofa
This two-level condo features a spacious great room and dining area on the second floor, complete with a Juliet balcony that offers stunning Gulf views. The living room includes two couches, one of which is a sleeper sofa, along with additional seating and a workstation. There's also a smart flatscreen TV for entertainment. The dining area boasts a large table with six chairs, which flows into an open kitchen layout that includes a breakfast bar with stool seating.
On the first level, there are three bedrooms. The primary suite features a king-size bed and has a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. One guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the other is furnished with a bunk bed (twin over full) and a full-size trundle. Both guest bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway, which includes a shower/tub combination.
A stay at the Abacos condo complex offers fantastic vacation amenities. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the Ed Walline public beach access, allowing guests to enjoy the stunning emerald waters just minutes after leaving the rental. The complex features a gated swimming pool and a spacious sun patio, ideal for a refreshing swim or sunbathing.
Additionally, Gulf Place Town Center is right next door, offering a variety of boutiques, specialty shops, and a grassy amphitheater that hosts farmer markets every weekend, seasonal events, and soon-to-be live music concerts. For dining, you can choose from casual restaurants such as Papa Surf, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, Shelbys, and Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, all just a minute's walk away.
PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS: You have access to two private beaches as a guest of Gulf Place: Costa Blanca and Villas at Santa Rosa Beach.
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification.
