We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean. It had everything we needed and then some. All the ameneties were excellent. This was our first time to Marco and we will def be back!!! Our host was very helpful with any questions I had and directions and check-in were super easy.

Loved the condo, very nice and clean. Had everything you need for a weeks stay at the beach. While it is a walk to the beach, it’s not terrible and the beach is worth it. Plus they have beach chairs, wagon and anything else you need to take to the beach. We will be back!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. It was well stocked with all kinds of beach gear. It was such a quiet and relaxing environment. Gabrielle was an amazing host who was very informative and got back to us right away. The guest before us had notified her that the beach umbrella needed to be replaced, so there was one waiting for us upon our arrival. We will definitely be back to visit again.

Location was perfect! A short walk to the beach that usually only has a few families. Not crowded. Perfect for kids. The room was perfect. Kitchen stocked up!

Lovely R & R

Overall, the condo was great, well supplied. Very quiet except some apparent remodeling here and there in the complex but not continuous. The second bedroom needs some blackout curtains. The showers were great. Nice updated kitchen and lovely decorating throughout. Great Ocean view tho somewhat far to water. We did enjoy much about this condo especially the R and R and easy owner/support contact via email.

great views but beach front is deceiving, walk to get to the water is like 15 min. Pool is great but the worker they have is horrible. Saw her yelling at multiple people/families every day. Everyone at the pool called her the "pool Karen" ..... examples:yelled at a mom in her 40's because she was eating crackers out of her purse. yelled at a dad because his toddler was "jumping" into his arms from side of pool.yelled at a little brother and sister because the sister was taking videos of him (apparently no videos allowed??) no music, even very low and you are off to side with no one around?? made the experience awful, multiple people I spoke to said they would never come back as they have kids.

Hi Jim, I apologize for the employee/s at the pool making the experience awful for you. This is very unusual, as the staff in South Seas are typically not like this, nor have we ever received any complaints like this. I have never heard of there being no videos allowed and typically music is ok if it is not bothering others. I will definitely reach out to the office regarding this, thank you for bringing it to our attention and again, I do apologize. I hope you were able to enjoy the rest of your stay!

Unit was in a beautiful and very clean complex. The host was very communicative and prompt with responses. The units’ kitchen was well stocked for the home cook . Beach essentials were also provided. No need to bring towels or chairs or floaties etc. the big downside here is that it says the building has bbq’s. The bbq’s are charcoal and the ONE bbq for 350units is behind building 4. This is building 3. Major disappointment for us because we stopped at the grocery store and bought two beautiful steaks to grill and were extremely disappointed when we could not bbq.

The view was good but the condo needs updated and refreshed. The beach is a long walk. 1.3 miles down and back. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, it does have a keurig and other items not mentioned in the listing. If you plan on grilling, don’t, long, long walk from Tower 3 and it’s located in mosquito haven. No grilling utensils and charcoal, lighter fluid and lighter you must bring. The positive of the property was the pool, it was fantastic. Clean, well kept and big. If you like air movement when you sleep in the front master bedroom, bring a small fan as there is no ceiling fan in that master. The property manager was very communicative and answered very quickly. The condo itself is located very close to restaurants, shopping and groceries which is very convenient. If you need laundry, it was right around the corner from the condo, had new machines and not expensive to use. The lanai was great to sit outside and chairs were very comfortable. We did use the gym, treadmills were spotty, sometimes 1 worked, sometimes 2 but the area was well equipped and very clean.

Nothing was mentioned about supplying your dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper it did not last a week with what we were given. Said place had shampoo but did not. Ice maker did not work and spare bath tub was clogged. Had to get a plumber sent in. The place is nice with a beautiful view. Pool was closed 2 days due to city changes in testing. The host did try her best to help.
