* Place all trash in the designated bins provided before leaving.

* Guests are accountable for any damage caused during their stay.
* Report any accidental damage immediately so we can address it promptly.
2. Missing Items:
* Any missing items will be reported to Airbnb for resolution.

Pet Policy
We welcome your furry friends, but kindly follow these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
1. Allowed Pets:
* Only dogs and cats are allowed (maximum of 2 pets per stay).
2. Pet Fees:
* A one-time pet fee of $50 per pet applies.
3. Behavior and Cleanliness:
* Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved.
* Please clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags are provided.
4. Furniture Policy:
* Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
* Use the provided pet beds for your furry companions.
5. Crating:
* Pets should be crated if left alone in the house.
6. Leash Rule:
* Pets must be on a leash when outside the fenced yard.
7. Noise Control:
* Excessive barking or other disturbances are not permitted.

Smoking Policy
1. Non-Smoking Home:
* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
2. Designated Smoking Area:
* Smoking is only allowed outside. Please use the provided ashtray and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
3. Violation Fee:
* A $250 fee will be charged if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
