Circle Lodge im Pristine Valley (5BR, 3Bath)

Diese unberührte Holz- und Steinhütte liegt wunderschön im ländlichen Pastoralen Paradies, das aus Big East Fork besteht, einem 1400 Hektar großen Naturschutzgebiet in West TN. Circle Lodge hat einen schönen Blick auf den benachbarten Bauernhof nebenan und einen Teich vor der Tür. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Horseshoe Pit, Shuffle Board und Bocci Ball Court, die für den Gebrauch zur Verfügung stehen.

Das elegante Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Whirlpool und Dusche. Der erste Stock enthält zwei private Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt ein Loft-Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und Doppelbetten. Draußen gibt es eine schöne Veranda mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Teich und Hof.

There were plenty of nice community spaces including the living room, ping pong room, dining room, kitchen breakfast area, and several patio areas, so it worked well since we had a group of 10 individuals.

Beautiful Home, beautiful Place, wonderful stay!

We loved staying here, it was perfect for our family. Waking up every morning to the most beautiful landscape we'd ever seen was such a treat. Everyone was so kind and the children loved the tour of the farm as well as the scenery. Both the indoor and outdoor living spaces were beautiful and well maintained. We can't wait to visit again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Owner of property is horrible

House and location is great, but that is where it ends....House was not cleaned thoroughly upon arriving. House cats are on the property and should have been removed prior to renters showing up....Owner has cameras in which he monitors to see what is happening at all times and will show up at any time, and he dies not allow any visitors, family or friends to come to the property without his approval....He is a micro owner that does not allow any privacy.....I would not recommend rental of this property!!!! The owner actually threatened to call local law enforcement during our stay for having guests over to celebrate our sons engagement that flew in from out of town....great property, horrible owner.....

Peace and Quiet with Running Space for kids ...

Pictures do not do justice to the house, its very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is on the small side, but worked perfectly for our group of 14. The fridge is on the older side but held what we needed to grill out and have a shrimp boil. We did have an issue with the propane tank being empty, luckily we brought a half full one from home for the shrimp boil and used it until we could refill the other tank. Beds were comfortable. Some showers better than others, primary was the best. The primary bath really needs a door or curtain. The deck was spacious and cool with the fans. Loved the rocking chairs and gliders. It was nice sitting around talking at the end of the day. The record player was a HIT! We had horseshoe tournaments, corn hole and bocci ball. The best hit were the animals, new baby pigs, baby ducks, Winston the Cow, Daisies the Donkey and all the pigs. Our nine year old grandson learned about Poke Salit and feed it to the pigs through the fence. Nice mowed walking trails for us older folks. The kids road bikes even on the main road with hardly any traffic to worry about. We intended to kayak but the kids were so busy with all the above and a 1500 piece puzzle that we never made it to the lake. Only a few miles of beautiful scenery to Liepers Fork. Internet was very spotty and calls dropped easily. But being in a valley surrounded by trees makes that not so much of a problem. We were meet by Wade when we arrived. We meet Leeann and Jonathan during out visit.

Unfortunate

I am not one to complain but I feel it's worth it to make sure others know going in what to be aware of in a couple areas. For reference, this was a weekend getaway for a team building event. Wifi was very important as we had a whole day of work events. I was told they could support that but we couldn't stay connected. Good size and fit our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, there are cobwebs covering that place from top to bottom. It looks like Halloween decorations in some areas inside the house. I know it is surrounded by trees and secluded but it looks like there hasn't been a deep clean in there for years. It felt very dirty and neglected in that way. Bugs everywhere - some pest control is desperately needed. As the event got closer, people started having to cancel so our final number changed. Since you have to pay extra for additional people, I asked if we could change the number on the reservation so we didn't pay for people that wouldn't be staying. I was told I could absolutely do that and we should wait until after the stay. My reservation was for 10 but we ended up having 7 stay and after multiple attempts at getting a refund for those additional 3, I have now not received a response. I gave it a few weeks hoping not to have to give a negative report but alas, here we are. In hindsight, I wouldn't have chosen this place. It looks like a reasonably priced option but after their outrageous fees, I may as well have gotten something a little nicer.

Stunning house in nature. Plenty of room, plenty of household equipment. Wonderful property manager. Hiking trails were groomed, water toys and life jackets available at the lake. Go have fun!!

Wonderful property in an idyllic countryside

My friends and I had a great experience at the lodge. The lodge itself is well kept, spacious, and full of atmosphere. The property itself is gorgeous. It is a bit of a drive to Nashville, but Franklin nearby is close with a surprising amount to do. All in all we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful

This was a beautiful property with Ann amazing amount of room for our family. The owner and property manager could not have been more welcoming. Best suited for no more than 3 couples plus kids as 4 of the sleeping spaces single beds in an open loft. Everything wa just as advertised. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Getaway!

We had a wonderful time in this idyllic, wonderful piece of Appalachia, quiet and secluded, but not too far from Franklin and Nashville. There is so much to do outdoors...hiking, kayaking, animals - who mesmerized our 18 month old the entire visit. Wade was a great host! We Highly, highly recommend!

Family Christmas 2020

Your property was beautiful, exactly as the pictures showed. Unfortunately, when I booked the property I was given the wrong address! To complicate things, this was the same time after the RV explosion in Nashville which wiped out all AT&T phone & internet communication! I was fortunate to have an Uber driver that truly went above & beyond driving me around & contacting your property manager, Wade! Wade was extremely helpful offering to come & get me delivering me to our destination! He stayed and checked the place over to be sure I had everything I needed before leaving! He assured me that they would be correcting the address on the VRBO app. We all had an absolutely wonderful time! You’re place is lovely and worked out perfectly for our family! I made a few suggestions as to appliances that were in bad shape which Wade happily addressed. We took the kids down to see & feed the animals which they thoroughly enjoyed and the hiking trails were beautiful! We also drove into Franklin as suggested which is a very cute town. Thank you once again, this is a beautiful area & perfect location for all of us! We’d love to come back again!🥰

Farm animals were a huge hit!

Gorgeous views and the location was perfect for a quiet getaway! The farm animals were definitely our favorite! We left a list of maintenance items and suggestions for improvement with the property manager which were well received and appreciated.
