Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, motorized and non-motorized water sports, and the award-winning Osprey Meadows Golf Course. You'll have the entire home to yourself, including fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, wraparound deck, attached 2-car garage, + private hot tub.

You'll also have access to the numerous amenities offered by Tamarack Resort; gas firepit at the Lodge at Osprey Meadows, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails. This property does not have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub.

Berghaus has an open concept living space that is so spacious, it was DESIGNED for entertaining and bringing the entire gang together! There's seamless flow between the living room/dining room/and kitchen, as well as the fenced in outdoor space that adds tons of square footage in warm weather. Plenty of seating for everyone between the dining table that seats 8, the grand kitchen island that seats 4, and the cozy sectional in the living room that's anchored by a wood fireplace.

KITCHEN
You'll love having the option to cook at home, and there's plenty of space to do it. Berghaus comes fully stocked for day to day and even holiday home cooking and baking (all the appliances, cookware, bakeware, dishes, and utensils you need), and features new stainless GE Cafe appliances, including DOUBLE OVENS, French door refrigerator, and a two drawer beverage fridge built into the large kitchen island. The walk-in pantry also offers a coffee bar with a Keurig (K-Cups provided).

PRIMARY BEDROOM

STORAGE/LAUNDRY
Trips to the mountains require a lot of gear, and good thing there's plenty of room for it all. Berghaus' smart layout includes a 2-car attached garage with a mudroom directly off of it. The laundry room is spacious and has tons of cabinetry, a built-in ironing board, as well as LG full-size front load washer and dryer.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
*If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

*It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Donnelly, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Donnelly from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

*If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.
