Occupancy & Guest Policy – Please Read Before Booking
This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Your reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests who will be staying in the home.
Only up to 4 guests are allowed on the property at any time — day or night.
No additional visitors, unregistered guests, or overnight stays beyond the number on the reservation.
If there are any signs of additional people, including extra bedding, used furniture, or evidence of unauthorized guests, an additional guest fee will be charged per person, and your reservation may be canceled without refund.
This home is NOT suitable for groups larger than 4, parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.

Weekly Cleaning for Extended Stays:
For bookings over 7 days, a weekly cleaning service is included. This cleaning includes the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. During the cleaning, we will also restock tissue, paper towels, and towels, and can change out washcloths. Guests may also request bedding changes and additional bedroom cleaning at this time.
Security & Safety:
Our home is equipped with an ADT security system to ensure peace of mind throughout your stay. Please note, this is a pet-free home due to severe allergies in our family. Bringing animals into the home would jeopardize the health of our family members. Should any pets be found on the property, an additional $300 cleaning fee will apply.
No Carpets or Rugs:
There are no carpets or rugs in the home, providing an easier and more hygienic environment for all guests.
Family Friendly:
We welcome families, but please note that we do not provide baby essentials such as cribs, high chairs, or playpens. If you have any special requests or needs, please message us before booking to ensure we can accommodate them. Some requests may involve an additional fee.

A cleaning fee is applied per stay to cover the cost of preparing the home and ensuring it's sanitized for the next guest. This fee is not for daily maid services; we ask that guests tidy up after themselves. We also provide cleaning supplies and stain removal treatments to assist you during your stay. If there are any significant issues requiring extra cleaning, an additional fee starting at $125 may be charged.
Checkout and Additional Fees:
We have six hours after checkout to prepare the home for the next guest. If additional cleaning beyond the standard is required, we may charge an extra cleaning fee. We ask that guests be considerate and follow house rules to avoid such fees.
