UnAuthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.
Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.
MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS: Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

Building Security & Access Policy

Perfect summer weekend
The rental property was very clean, spacious and accommodating. I loved the sunset view off the balcony. Our teen son used the rollaway bed - there was plenty of room in the living room to set it up. The community pool was amazing and one of our favorite parts of our stay during the hot summer weekend.
