Imagine yourself waking up in this beautiful coastal oceanfront 4th-floor corner residence, with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico while sipping your morning coffee on the private screened-in Lanai. Caper Beach #412 is a brand-new renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium with endless Gulf and pool views, plantation shutters, luxury vinyl tile flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, an open breakfast counter for casual dining or additional entertaining space and so much more!! This property offers a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath, flat-screen TV, dressers, windows with a beach view and sliding glass doors that open up to the lanai. The guest bedroom has two queen beds with a dresser, and flat-screen TV. The lanai is furnished with a patio table seating four, as well as two additional patio chairs and a cocktail table. As you step outside, take a walk along the beach where gifts from the sea have washed up by your feet. Resort amenities include a heated gulf-front swimming pool, private beach, shuffleboard courts, tennis, pickleball, and picnic tables with seating and gas grill stations. In addition, the condo has complimentary Wi-Fi and cable TV, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and laundry with a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. All linens, bath and beach towels are provided including beach chairs. The pool and beach are only a few steps away from your condo! Perhaps enjoy a nature walk in the 57-acre Matanzas Pass Preserve which is only one block away or engage in an exhilarating afternoon with a variety of land & water sports: Parasailing, Wave Runners, Sailing, Deep Sea Fishing, Cycling, or Miniature Golf, all within reach from this perfect location. Or take a break away from it all and relax by the beach front pool, or private beach where your skin will be kissed by the sun. Conveniently located in the North End of Fort Myers Beach and within walking distance of Times Square, our “downtown”, where you can enjoy the pier, live music, bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping, and more. Caper Beach is far enough from the busy downtown area not to be disturbed, but close enough to walk, bike or take the beach trolley (that runs both ways on the island) and seasonal tram when you want to have some fun! Times Square is a 15-minute walk away. Caper Beach is also near many destinations to visit such as Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Marco Island to name a few.
