Island Tower #701 is a east corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 7TH floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1600 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings, 20-inch tile floors, floor-to-ceiling tinted windows, and sliding glass doors. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances with double ovens all set in granite countertops. The condo has 8-foot interior doors and high efficient air conditioning system. The primary ensuite bathroom has double vanities, jetted tub, and a separate shower. The two guest bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. King, King, Queen, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 8.

Island Tower is a 26-story building with 62 units (three on each floor) with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 8") and NO oversized vehicles are allowed on property. Island Tower is located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool. The exercise room offers a dry sauna and workout equipment overlooking the gulf. The property also has a picnic/grill area. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility. 21 year age limit.

Great unit with beautiful view

This unit was very nice and had everything we needed. Only downfall is Island Tower does not have an ice machine. We had to leave everyday to go get bags of ice because only 4 bags at a time could fit in the freezer and we had 3 families with 3 ice chests.

Directly on beach, great location

Nice property but needed some maintenance. We were given wrong code for exercise room & pool; had to call for air conditioner repair too. The toilet in front bedroom had broken chain in tank, there were serveral burned out lightbulbs, the kitchen sink faucet spout leaked when u pressed on it. Towels were cheap & thin & needed more. No fan for living room & that was hottest room. Some soap, detergent could have been better & adequate.

Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can's express how incredible this complex is, our condo was spotless, amenities where as described couldn't have asked for a better first impression. However, we did experience a few hiccups, the people above us where extremely loud moving furniture and slamming doors starting at 6am to midnight everyday of our stay. We informed security to no avail, parking is tight if you have a large SUV you'll have a difficult time finding a parking space on the main level. The good news is that security checks the parking lot daily for non residents. You'll wait for an elevator but this seems to be more of a programming issue than a problem with the guest as the complex only has 26 total units. Having said all this we will defiantly stay again the 9 foot window, balcony, location are simply outstanding. Although we did not meet any of the booking staff check in and check out couldn't have been easier.
