Great place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood extend between the ocean in one side and the river on the other. Both walkable. Plenty of space for a big family! Host was great and easy to get a hold of.

We had a great stay. Our only issue was we could not use the Hot Tub due to it not being cleaned.

Loved the baby and toddler things available. Had lots of towels etc which was appreciated. And the ping pong and putt putt in garage is great. If there was a pool, it would be perfect!

Great screened in porch with dinning table, we ate most of our meals there. The uncovered deck was also great with a gas fire pit and a hot tub. Location was very consider walking to the ocean or to Caps on the Water restaurant. Only negative was that the road was very busy at times with the restaurant traffic.

Our stay was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped, The bedrooms were comfortable and allowed for privacy as we were 3 couples. Everything was spotless and very welcoming.

Property was great! The walk to the river was less than 5 minutes and the walk to the beach was 10. We were expecting a little longer of a walk to the beach so we were pleasantly surprised when it didn’t take that long. There are 3 beach chairs and one small working umbrella available for use-thank you! We had a toilet back up on us during our stay but communication was quick and they had someone out within the hour! Things happen- especially when you have 5 teens/young adults :) The fast response was incredible and the maintenance guy was super kind and happy to help with (a nasty) toilet. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of trash bags, dishwasher pods, cleaner, laundry pods, coffee, tea and more! Only drawback, the mattresses were terrible. We admit we are spoiled with a tempurpedic at home. And while we don’t expect anything that nice, these were one step up from college dorm mattresses. Some extra blankets would have been nice. There were none to be found. We enjoyed the hot tub, the Weber grill (super nice!), screened in porch, beach towels and ping pong table! We are big morning walkers and found the camp ground stayed shaded and peaceful. Leave the driveway and take a right, then at the stop sign take a left. Continue until it looks like you’re in someone’s driveway and you’ll see a gate. Thru the gate is the campground!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

River and beach both minutes away, with your secret walking route through the campground, you really made this place yours! Lovely stay

Our family enjoyed this newly renovated property and the quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. Good location to get away while being close to beach, local restaurants, stores and downtown St Augustine.

Getaway Success

I stayed at this property with my fiends for a few nights. It was the perfect get-away from start to end. The check in process and booking was so easy and flexible to the end of the stay were we did not have to do anything. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to get away for a few days or even a family vacation. You are a short walk to the Beach, restaurants, fun activities at the house and even a safe neighborhood to explore in. Can't say enough great things about my stay.

Great stay at this bungalow

We had a great trip here with 2 adult and 3 late teens. Walk to beach is a bit longer than advertised, about 7-8 minutes each way. No biggie but definitely not 3 minutes. Quite a bit of traffic on the road as there is a popular restaurant on the bay side and traffic flows down this street. Again, not a major deal but something to consider if you have real little kids.Space was good for everyone to get away and not bother each other if you wanted some peace and quiet.Short drive to Publix for any necessities. We bought food for breakfast and you will need to buy pretty much anything you need to cook as far as preparation. There are no items for seasoning, Pam, etc, just the tools you need to actually cook.We tried the hot tub but it smelled like pure chlorine so we passed.Overall I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family's recent stay at Haven Grove was absolutely fantastic! The house was perfectly located, just a short stroll from the beach, making those sunset walks and impromptu swims incredibly easy. The property itself was stunning, with a great layout that comfortably accommodated our entire group.The amenities were top-notch; we especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We were able to cook full family meals with ease, thanks to the quality appliances and ample cookware provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. The living areas were spacious and inviting, and the kids loved having their own dedicated space and play room in the garage.If we had to find one small point of feedback, it would be that the beds were a bit softer than some of us prefer. However, this was a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay. Everything else, from the cleanliness to the communication with the host, was exceptional.We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. The proximity to the beach, combined with the comfortable and well-equipped house, made it an unforgettable experience. We're already looking forward to booking our next trip!

Better instructions for the Hot Tub and how to turn off eco mode. Updated pictures representing the play area. My kids really were looking forward to playing PacMan. The family enjoyed the Ping Pong table and street fighter game! If there are beach items available for rental guests, then these should be in working order. Coffee maker k-cup was dysfunctional; however, the appliance worked fine if using the single cup filter insert or making a traditional pot of coffee. Outside of these few trivial items we truly enjoyed our stay at this location. The house is very nice, and it was worth the expense.
