This second-floor, corner unit is conveniently located in beautiful Bonita Bay - Bonita Springs' premier residential community. The condo was upgraded in April 2025 and features new carpet, new lounge chairs, a new stove and dishwasher, upgraded leather furniture (sofa, loveseat), and a large dining room table. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the guest bedroom has one full and one twin bed. A full-size washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a wireless laser printer are included. Professionally cleaned after every visit. The large lanai, with its two super comfortable lounge chairs, offers a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or take an afternoon nap.
You can swim in the heated complex pool, relax in the adjacent hot tub, play tennis, or shuffleboard - all a few steps outside your front door. The (free) Bonita Bay shuttle will take you to Bonita Bay's private beach club, where you can enjoy a swim and the warm waters of the Gulf or walk miles of powdery white sandy beach. Within Bonita Bay, you can also canoe, paddleboard, and walk the 12 miles of manicured trails. Afterward, grab lunch or dinner at Bonita Bay's own Backwater Jack's or at nearby DeRomo's (a SW FL favorite), or leave the BB to enjoy the many excellent restaurants in the area.

The unit has several updates abd very responsive owners. The location to the pool is awesome. Newer appliances and great bed! The only issue is the elevator noise is evident when in use. Nothing anyone can do about but it was the only thing I can think of. Great experience here!

We had a great week at this lovely Bonita Bay condo! Our hosts went out of their way to make our stay comfortable & enjoyable. The unit is spacious & clean. It has all new appliances, large comfortable beds, two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer. In addition, this large corner unit allows for comfortable lounging on the lanai. Convenient location near shopping, groceries & restaurants. The Beach Clubhouse is gorgeous & provides exclusive access to the beach. We enjoyed day trips to Fort Myers/Sanibel Island to the north and Naples/Marco Island to the south. Definitely going back again next year!

We agree with Susan at the time she rented it. We purchased the condo in Jan./25 and didn't have time to immediately ungrade the unit before people asked to rent it. The condo has been updated in the last few months and it has new kitchen appliances (dishwasher, stove, airfryer, espresso machine, cutlery, etc.), new high-quality carpet in MBA and living room, new lounge chairs (2) and new swivel rockers (2) on the lanai. Upgraded leather sofa and loveseat and larger dining room table, etc. It has been professionally cleaned and the unit is now in good condition!

Wonderful community

We have stayed at Bonita bay previously. We stay here because of the location to family and friends. We were disappointed at the cleanliness, but we cleaned it before we settled in. We agreed with the previous guest about this. Our priorities were time with our families and that was accomplished and the hosts were gracious.

We agree with George. The condo was not up to par when we bought it in 1/2025. We have made significant upgrades to the property. The condo is professionally cleaned before every guest arrives.

The pictures were not misleading, however, the carpeting and bedspreads need thorough cleaning. We appreciated that the condo was well stocked with the necessities we required. No one informed us that the unit was next to the elevator which began to operate at 0600’.

We purchased the condo last January/25 We had people immediately ask to rent the unit, We were a bit reluctant but they said they rented it last year and wanted it. So we rented it. As soon as we could, we installed all new carpet and we also had the condo preofessionally cleaned. We purchased new appliances (dishwasher, stove, airfryer) and replaced the living rooom furniture (leather sofa and loveseat, end tables lamps,). Now it is in good shape.

John was an NHL hockey player who is now an author and the executive director of a non-profit ministry. Joline was a professional musician and a music teacher. We love Minnesota's natural beauty and clean air, and Florida's sunshine and beaches.

Location, location, location. The morning sun, the privacy, the extended lanai, the proximity to the beach (10 minutes), and a second-floor unit - these are just a few of the things that caught our attention about our Wild Pines condo. It was exactly what we were looking for.
