Beach view was great, just a few steps to the beach. You can't control this but the renter next door had 2 or 3 small children and they were very loud and didn't seem to care that they had neighbors.

If you're looking for a spot on the beach on a budget this is your place. Im big on not having a road between the beach and where i stay and this checked that box. Most other places are 2 or 3 times the price. This is a great value and i cant say enough about dominick and the propert management team. Had a couple questions that were taken care of immediately. Cant wait to come back. Thanks again!

The property and location on the beach were fine. Our only complaint was that the Air Conditioning was a weak window unit. There was no central air. The floor-length window drapes near the AC unit had to be kept open to allow the air to flow, but this led to the room not being kept dark in the morning. A shorter drape that stopped at the sill would make better sense to block the morning sun, and still allow the air conditioning to flow.

The unit was clean with lots of nice fluffy towels. I wish I could say so much for the bed., It was lumpy, and the sheets were old and worn. The pillows were even worse, really needed to be replaced. Access to the beach was great with lots of lounge chairs, and a gentleman who was constantly cleaning and keeping things neat outside. We would have preferred a bit of a balcony attached to our room as well. All I know the facility was lovely however I would go with a unit with a balcony next time.

Great location and beach access- pool is awesome! Unit doesn’t face the ocean, but it’s right there! Very low key- place is very clean. WiFi is spotty and would not be good if you are planning to work while staying- that is an island wide issue I believe- No stove, but has everything else a kitchen needs and a grill- we would come back!

The place inside is very tired for the price. Streaming TV which we dont like. Shower was amazing though and location is nice.It just wasn't a comfortable place to stay for us.

Parking lot view! Wi-Fi and tv almost never worked! Window shaker runs every 3 minutes! Office never open! Toilet broke but fixed quickly! Pretty clean! Book only if desperate!

Additionally, this is a privately managed rental, not a hotel, which means we do not operate a 24-hour front desk—nor is there a need for one. Cable tv didn't work most of the stay, wifi spotty. Paint peeling throughout rental, door lock n key was super difficult to unlock (slat corrosion). Not even close to what was pictured on site no was a view of beach as pictured only view was the small parking lot.....

We booked for an over night stay. The property itself was wonderful. And we were allowed to check in early. However, the kitchenette sink had a dirty knife and glass waiting for us when we entered. The bathroom was also dirty. We suspect it was due to the roofers that had been above the unit earlier. But there was dirt all around the toilet and a rusty nail near by as well. We only needed the room to clean up and rest but it was disappointing to come in and deal with a mess.That said, we did enjoy our stay. The beach and pool area were great. The location was quiet and beautiful.

Stayed 3 nights - the pictures make the room look larger. First - the fridge did not work, texted, they would bring new one next day so to Publix we went for ice keep food cold. There was no place to sit except on the edge of the bed which was very apparent when one tried to sleep (you kept sagging over). Luckily, we had our own beach chairs in the car and took them up to use. The stools at the table were not reasonable to read or watch TV. Lacked kitchen ware - there was a small hot plate (did not use) but nothing to cook on it. Silverware was minimal, only plastic forks which got thrown out after use. One skimpy bar of soap for the length of time there. A towel ring next to the sink in bath would be great. No broom but there was a dustpan and 2 irons (???). Owner said check out at 11:00, room notice says 10. Received wifi info that was different than note in room which was correct. The fan remote did not work, probably needs a battery. We had to strip the bed, empty all garbage cans, no new bags for the garbage so left the kitchen bag there. The beach and pool were nice. Nice to have the beach chairs/lounges, however, the trek to get them down there was difficult over the rocks. No full umbrellas only pieces. (we had our own too) The owners of these units should stay in them for a week themselves to see what needs to be done.

Thank you for your feedback. While we appreciate hearing from our guests, we feel this review does not accurately represent the property or the experience we strive to provide. First and foremost, our listing is completely transparent. The photos, room dimensions, amenities, and description accurately depict the unit, including that it is a small beachfront efficiency. We intentionally market it as an affordable beachfront option, not a large suite, so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. Regarding the refrigerator, we responded immediately after being notified and arranged for a replacement as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, unexpected appliance failures can occur, but we addressed the issue without delay. Several of the other comments are simply personal preferences rather than inaccuracies.
