Amazing ocean view 1 bedroom apartment

Amazing 1 bedroom apartment with direct ocean and pool view from private balcony. Resort islocated right on a beach and has its own beach access. We provide beach chairs and umbrella for our guests. Kitchen is fully equipped. Linens and towels provided. Guests are required to pay one time fee of $30 for each two adults to receive amenity keys. Parking available at the resort for $100 per week flat rate. For short stays we provide $10 parking (ask instructions). At least one guest must be 21 or older.




This is the Tides resort - beach front residences located in the heart of Hollywood.
Convenient location: 18 min drive to Fort Lauderdale Airport, 30 min drive to Miami International Airport.

Popular attractions around: 5 min to Famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, 10 min to Gulf-stream casino, 15 min to Aventura mall, 30 min to Hard Rock casino.
Publix grocery store is across the road.
Walmart super center is within 10 min walking distance.

Resort has its own beach access. Guest will find beach chairs, towels and umbrella in the closet.

Laundry room is located on each floor. A laundry card is left for you in the unit (white card with Tides name on it. Guest must add funds to a laundry card if needed in the machine located in the lobby next to the mailboxes.

Self parking is available at the resort:
Fill out the form provided by valet services and take it to the office to pay $20 cash and receive garage opener
Parking fees:
$100 per week
$125 per two weeks
$150 per month
To receive a refund of $20. Please return the garage opener to the office during regular office hours
For short stays we can offer a self parking option for $10 per night.(please ask me for instructions).

The resort charges mandatory non refundable $30 fee for FOB electronic keys (for each two adults) to use amenities. The office will also provide plastic wrist bands which guests must wear to use amenities.

Receiving office hours from 9am - 5pm Monday- Sunday . Check in reception works 24/7, so late arrival is no problem. If guest arrives after hours guest will need to go to the office in the morning.
Please kindly ask receptionist to request an elevator to go up until Key FOB received.
The office does not accept cash. Please debit or credit cards only, except for $20 parking garage opener.

Guests access the apartment with electronic lock. The code to the lock will be sent on guests arrival day closer to noon.
