Direkt an den schönen Stränden von Hollywood Florida und direkt an der Ecke von Hallandale Beach Boulevard bietet dieses wunderschöne 1 Schlafzimmer + 1 Bad Wohnung Ihnen atemberaubende Beachfront und OceanViews direkt von Ihrem Balkon. Die Einheit (en) wurde (2014) mit neu gefliesten Porzellanböden in Küche und Wohnbereiche (Küche, Esszimmer & Wohnzimmer) neu renoviert. Das Badezimmer wurde auch komplett renoviert (2014) mit neuen Waschtisch, Spüle, Sanitäranlagen, WC und Porzellan Fliesenboden und Wände. Die Glas-Dusch- und Wannenkombination verleiht diesem Bad ein frisches und frisches Aussehen. Professionell eingerichtet, bietet diese Einheit ein Queen-Size-Bett in einem komfortablen separaten Schlafzimmer und Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir bieten alles von Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr, Liegestühle und Strandtücher bis 50-Zoll-Fernseher im Wohnzimmer + 32-Zoll-Fernseher im Schlafzimmer, DVD, Wecker, Mini-Stereoanlage und WiFi. The condo owners were very responsive, the condo was clean, I loved the view of the morning sun rises and the beach, I was very thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas that were in the condo unit for us to use, I felt very safe, one thing that was not stated in the description is the beach front for this condo is very wide so it was not at all crowded on the beach and also there is a life guard watch tower right next to the condo property line, beach front is very clean, clear water and you could walk out in the water a long way from shore - we very much enjoyed our stay

Beautiful, easy and convenient

We really liked it. Felt like there was a lot of strange rules like only certain elevators were allow to b used when lugging things. And the party room closed early. And you couldn’t even sit at the pool at night quietly cause it was closed. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of chairs and umbrellas to use was great.

Beautiful beach location

We stayed here for a week to escape the Midwest Winter weather and Hollywood did not disappoint! It was great to walk out the door to the nice heated pool or a few more steps to the sandy beach. The unit provides nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella.The pictures are accurate of the unit itself. As noted in the description, you have to buy a parking pass (no street parking) and purchase a fob to get in and out anywhere (additional fees when you get there). Communication with the owners is excellent. It’s a short drive to the Boardwalk, just keep in mind parking is 3-5/hr. I gave this a 4 star review because the buildings themselves are older and can use some updating, and an elevator was out of order for most of our stay.

Very nice place, friendly helpful staff, pool was busy but the pool area is so big it accommodates large crowds without any issues. Room was really clean & modern. One complaint - pool was not cleaned of sand on bottom daily, but that’s about the only flaw… Can’t wait to go back

Great Hosts, But Pool Policies Disappointed

Our stay at this VRBO in Florida had its highlights and drawbacks. The hosts were fantastic to work with—they graciously allowed us an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the view was absolutely gorgeous, which we really appreciated.However, a few aspects of the stay fell short of expectations for a family trip. The 9:30 AM checkout time was a bit inconvenient, especially since there was no option to store our luggage until our afternoon flight. The pool was particularly disappointing. My son loves tossing a football in the pool, but even with only seven other people present on a colder day, we were not allowed to play. The next day was sunny and perfect for swimming, but unfortunately, the pool was shut down early at 5:30 PM for maintenance, cutting short our enjoyment.Overall, while the property itself was clean and the hosts were accommodating, the pool policies and lack of luggage storage made it less family-friendly.

Nice Place To Stay

The unit is a little dated but otherwise very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Check in and check out are a pain as you have to buy key fobs and parking. Security is excellent. The pool is heated and the beach is just a few steps away. Overall a nice place to stay!

We would stay again

Condo was good, as described in listing and manager was responsive to my questions. Pool was nice and clean. Beach was amazing. The only negative is the condo check in process is not well organized and confusing being required to check in at 3 different areas although this is the condo property's management process, not related to the individual condo listing. We would choose to stay here again, we had a great time.

Mixed Experience - Nice Ocean View Amidst Negatives

Our recent stay at this vacation rental offered a mixed bag of experiences. While the partial ocean view from the 6th floor was undeniably lovely, there were drawbacks that should be addressed. The unit itself could benefit from some maintenance. Missing tiles in the kitchen, ripped curtains, broken headboard, and grimy kitchen cabinets detracted from the overall comfort of the space. Additionally, the tiny shower was inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. Moreover, while the fees for parking and building fob were mentioned prior to booking, the actual process turned out to be more of a hassle than anticipated. The additional costs, and the down server during check in added to the inconvenience. We were initially unable to use the laundry facilities as we couldn't find the required card. After contacting the host, we were assured that the caretaker would provide one the next day, but it didn’t come. We purchased our own card from the management building, adding an unnecessary hassle to our stay. The next day after that, the laundry card did arrive but we already purchased our own. Lastly there was a noticeable temperature imbalance within the condo, with the bedroom being warmer- which caused sleeping to be slightly uncomfortable. Beautiful views, but rental was lacking in some key comfort areas.
