Upon entry into this bright and cozy property you are greeted with a large great room. With plenty of seating in the living room and a dining room this is a perfect place to spend evenings with your family. The sliding glass doors lead out to a large patio with outdoor dining, overlooking a grassy area and onto the lagoons. The kitchen has plenty of space for a family meal at home. On the main level there are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, TV, slider to balcony, and private bathroom with large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds, TV (no cable), and shares the hall bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs in the loft. In this great additional space you will find a queen bed, twin bunk beds, and a TV - the perfect place for all of the kids! Please note there is a portable HVAC in this room to optimize cooling in the summer months.
