Amy, we are sorry that the apartment was not properly prepared for your arrival. Once you notified us, we responded immediately, arranged for a different cleaning team to thoroughly reclean the apartment and replace the linens, and provided substantial compensation that included the full cleaning fee and your first night’s accommodation. You remained in the apartment for the full reservation, and we understood that the proposed resolution was acceptable. We have since changed cleaning teams and strengthened our inspection procedures to help ensure these issues do not happen again. We regret that our efforts to correct the situation did not result in a better overall experience.
