Location is everything! Located along scenic route 30A, our townhome is a 2 min walk to the world renowned white sand beaches of Blue Mountain Beach. Best suited for families and couples, Seaside Me can sleep 8 but is most comfortable for 6 people. As you go up the steps from the covered parking (two spaces) below our unit and enter this charming beach home, you will instantly fall in love. The first floor has a relaxing living space with smart TV, sleeper sofa, and dining area. Open the sliding doors and enjoy happy hour or dinner while relaxing on the balcony with views overlooking the community swimming pool. The beautifully updated kitchen has sleek quartz countertops and is equipped with everything you need including Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee pot, oven, cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer on the first floor as well.

Head upstairs and you will find two bedrooms and a shared full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and private balcony.
The secondary bedroom has a plush queen bed with 1 bunk bed ( 2 twins) and a convenient sink. This bedroom also has a smart TV and its own private balcony with view of the community pool.

Seaside Me is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and is easily walkable to restaurants such as Cowgirl Kitchen, Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco, and Blue Mountain Bakery. Rent bikes from Big Daddy's Bike Shop or rent a golf cart during your stay at one of the many rental shops. The famous Timpoochee Trail is a relatively flat bike and pedestrian trail that runs the length of 30A. Blue Mountain Beach offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being conveniently close to superb shopping and dining venues in neighboring Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Alys, and Seaside.

Our townhome has been furnished by a professional interior decorator. All linens, bedding, bath and beach towels provided as well as a starter pack for coffee and paper products. Beach chairs, sand toys, sun umbrella also included! Concierge service is available on the beach should you choose to have VIP service - they will set up two chairs and an umbrella for you for approx $45/day. Kick your feet up and relax!
