PARKING
Our location is perfect for those who love to explore on foot or prefer a quick Uber/Lyft ride to nearby attractions. For guests arriving by car, we offer these parking instructions:

- There is a parking garage directly behind our property, along with several other nearby options. Please note that we are not affiliated with any parking garages.
- Street parking is accessible from Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 7PM, with rates displayed on-site. Enjoy free street parking on Sundays.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS
Laundry rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, fully equipped with detergent and fabric softener to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.

WE RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance can be added to any reservation to protect against unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, medical or family emergencies, job loss, natural disasters, or mandatory evacuations. This ensures peace of mind during your travels, allowing you to cancel for a covered reason without losing your money. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us!

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Detailed visual instructions for check-in, along with a unique door code, will be sent directly to you the day before your arrival, guaranteeing a smooth and welcoming start to your adventure. Guests are welcome to check in after 4PM and are expected to check out by 11AM on their departure day. Should you wish for an early check-in or late check-out, the fee may be available for purchase once the reservation is confirmed.

PREPARATION & CLEANLINESS
Before each guest's arrival, we thoroughly clean and sanitize every space. This involves disinfecting high-touch areas, replacing all linens and towels, and ensuring all areas are spotless. Our process guarantees a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS
The primary guest responsible for the booking must be at least 21 years of age. We're open to making exceptions on an individual basis, subject to a security deposit and explicit approval. For further details, please reach out directly.

GUEST REGISTRATION
Upon booking your reservation, you will be asked to sign our required, electronic agreement and provide a copy of a government-issued ID. Once this process is completed, your check-in instructions will be sent to you before your arrival date.

SECURITY
Security cameras are installed throughout the building's common areas and at all entry and exit points. This comprehensive security measure ensures peace of mind during your stay, while respecting the privacy of your space with no cameras inside individual suites. We've equipped the interiors with sensors to monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality, as well as smoke and noise levels.
