This home is ideal for families and small groups looking to enjoy the beauty of the desert and the convenience of on-site amenities like our seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground!

The Space:
Primrose Loft Hideaway welcomes you with an inviting and spacious living area featuring tasteful decor and a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining space. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs in the living room and lower bedrooms. The home has two well-appointed bathrooms, one is an ensuite in the primary bedroom and the other is shared for the guest room and loft. Additionally, there’s a loft with a queen bed accessible by ladder, perfect for adventurous guests. Sleeping up to six, with an extra cot available for a seventh guest, Primrose Loft Hideaway includes a private fenced patio with a BBQ and seating area. Drive-way parking is available for all. Our unique red rock landscapes set the stage for lasting memories.

Getting Around:
To make the most of your stay, a car is recommended for exploring the local area and visiting Kanab. Ample parking is available at Primrose Loft Hideaway, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.

Other Things to Note:
Our community outdoor pool is solar heated and open seasonally. Pool is open mid to late May and closes in mid to late October (entirely weather dependent as overnight temperatures will impact opening/closing dates).

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.
