Ruhiger Rückzugsort am Wasser

Thank you for the feedback. We were surprised to hear the concern about personal items and medicine, as the home was recently remodeled and personal belongings were removed from the property. We take any potential safety concern seriously, and are double-checking all cabinets and storage areas to ensure nothing was inadvertently left behind or accessible. We appreciate you bringing the concern to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness seriously and have a professional cleaning team that provides photos after every turnover. We acknowledge that some storage areas could be better organized and are addressing those concerns. Regarding the pool, recent rainfall likely contributed to the issue, which we would have gladly resolved had we been notified. We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we’re always happy to address concerns promptly. We appreciate the feedback and will continue improving the property for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad to hear that the house fit your family and that you enjoyed your stay. I take cleanliness very seriously, and I wish you had reached out during your stay so I could have addressed any concerns right away. I personally inspect the property before each guest’s arrival and have never encountered any odor issues, but I’ll be sure to check with my cleaning team to ensure everything is up to standard. I appreciate your input and hope to host you again in the future!

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re glad you enjoyed the space, towels, and overall size of the home. We’re sorry to hear about some of the issues you ran into. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can take care of anything right away. We’re currently addressing the wallpaper, the odor downstairs, and the jacuzzi tub to ensure a better experience for future guests. Our cleaning team does a thorough check before every stay, so the mention of bugs was unexpected, but we’ll be double-checking that moving forward as well. We appreciate your input—it helps us continue improving the home since we are newer to hosting!

I’m sorry your stay wasn’t what you expected. We do our best to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space, and I appreciate your feedback. As a pet-friendly home, some normal wear is expected, but we always ensure the space is clean and ready for guests. The temperature difference between floors is something I make sure the guests are aware about, along with thermostat recommendations to help regulate it. When you reached out about your concerns, I responded quickly and offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. While I understand you were still disappointed, I truly wish we could have found a solution that worked better for you. We take all feedback seriously and are already addressing the small maintenance items you mentioned. We’ve had many happy guests and work hard to provide a great experience for all. Wishing you the best in your travels!
