The space
When you first come in through front door, you will find yourself in the first living room. It comes with a couch and a pool table. Our dining table is to the left of this first living room space connected to the kitchen.

The full kitchen is a beautiful space for cooking and prepare meals for your friends and family. To the right of the kitchen is the second beautiful living room.

Going through the hallway on the right side of the first living room, you will find 4 bedrooms

- Bedroom 1 master bedroom with a king bed, attached bathroom, sliding door going to backyard, work desk
- Bedroom 2 with a queen bed
- Bedroom 3 with a queen bed
- Bedroom 4 with 2 full beds

KITCHEN and DINING: Full kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with all necessities that has a big window with lots of natural light. Cozy dining table that seats 6.

Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
