Cozy Waterfront Cottage

Set just steps from the water, this bright private cottage is designed for a coastal stay with unobstructed water views. Large windows bring in ample natural light, and the private brick patio is furnished with an outdoor dining table for six and four lounge chairs—an inviting spot for meals or unwinding by the water.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests in three queen bedrooms:
• Primary bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower
• Two additional queen bedrooms that share the second bathroom

The open living area includes a TV and comfortable sofa. A full kitchen makes staying in easy, with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel electric stove and oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishes, and a breakfast counter with seating for four.

For added comfort and convenience, the cottage offers central air conditioning and heating, high speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a high chair, Pack ’n Play/travel crib, beach essentials, and a private entrance. Long-term stays are welcome.

The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.
