Wonderful

This condo was wonderful! Close enough to everything yet far enough away that it was very peaceful! If we were ever to go back to Myrtle Beach we would definitely stay there!

Family Vacay

Our stay was relaxing, we had to cross the street to get to the beach, but the condo provided a wagon to haul our beach supplies which was really nice. My niece loved the pool, and my mom liked having nearby showers (one by pool and another off the beach) to rinse the sand off. Our only dislikes were that the refrigerator door would not stay closed and we had to put a piece of duct tape on it to keep it closed, and there were no spices at all except salt and pepper (almost every place we have stayed has had some kind of spices, because who wants to buy bottles of spices for cooking when you can't really take them with you if your flying) and we were not aware that the condo had an elevator and we had lugged up all our suitcases to the second floor before seeing that there was an elevator, but it was at the back part of the building where there was another parking lot. Overall, it was a nice stay, the beds were comfortable, and the main bedroom had an awesome large shower.

Quiet and comfortable

My wife and I came down for a week to relax. The property is right across the street from ocean. The pool is wonderful with view of ocean. The grounds are beautiful and have several charcoal grills for cooking. We rented a two bedroom condo. It was exactly as advertised. It was on the second floor and you could see the ocean from the balcony. It had everything we needed. It’s very nice inside and updated. Only issue we had the room signs were updated to numbers not letters so floor one used to be A floor 2 etc. Now rooms are listed as 114 etc.

Rental company gave us the wrong wifi login info. Also, checkout instructions given my the rental company were slightly different than what was posted in the condo. Bedroom with twin beds needs black out curtains due to the breezeway light. The bedroom was never dark. Condo is next to a large hotel that is quite noisy.

Beautiful Condo

Absolutely beautiful Condo and extremely clean. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the WiFi network and password given to us by the rental company was incorrect and we discovered the correct ones in the condo the second day. Also, the checkout instructions given to us by the rental company is slightly different from what is posted in the condo The condo is located next to a large hotel where it is very noisy. The bedroom with the twin beds needs black out curtains due to the light in the walkway. The room is never dark. Only one trash bag is not enough. Would still recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Felt like we walked into a brand new condo never lived in and it is tastefully decorated.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start with the positive, but unfortunately, I will finish with what for me was a fatal flaw. First of all the condominium was beautiful. It is very well equipped, very clean, and in one of the world's most beautiful locations. The beach is right across the street and you are a short drive to all the local attractions. Sadly, however, there is a fatal flaw in the design of this building. This is a second floor condominium, and there is a third floor condominium above it that is designed to hold a large family. The fatal design flaw is a paper thin floor lacking any sound insulation at all. The "family" above us had 5 middle school age boys, and possibly a toddler or two. The 5 days we were there it was like living inside of a drum kit. I even asked the boys if they could try to stop the running, but it didn't matter. They did calm down about 10:00 at night, but during the day it was constant. It is a shame, because like I said, everything else was perfect. We will not, however, stay again.
