Avaialble by Anchorage Rentals, diese Wohnung mit direktem Blick auf den Pool / Innenhof und bietet einen ausgezeichneten Blick auf das Meer und den Pool vom Balkon. Diese Wohnung mit etwas mehr als 1.200 m² Wohnfläche verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe sowie einen Flachbildfernseher.


Komplex:
Der Komplex ist um einen üppigen tropischen Innenhof mit einem großen Außenpool und Deck zentriert. Das Deck umfasst Liegestühle für Sie einen Tag rund um den Pool zu genießen. Es gibt mehrere Grills Tür auf jeder Seite des Komplexes sowie die Lagerung im Freien für die Liegestühle, Boogie Boards und Sandspielzeug. Vor Anchorage I & II, werden Sie über einen Spielplatz, Gedenkpark, Übungspfad, den privaten Zugang zum Meer, Außenduschen und private Strandpavillons für unsere Gäste finden zu genießen. Aufzüge und Handicap Rampen sind auf jeder Seite des Komplexes und sind leicht zugänglich. Ausreichend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Unsere Apartments befinden sich nur wenige Minuten vom Broadway am Strand, der Promenade und dem Sky Wheel in der Innenstadt, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, dem NASCAR Speedpark, Live-Theatern und Shows, Golfplätzen und Restaurants entfernt.

It is, hands down, the nicest, most comfortable unit we have rented. It has been completely renovated and the furnishings, flooring, paint colours and area rugs are all high quality and coordinated. The kitchen appliances are high end and the cooking accessories are all in great shape. We highly recommend this condominium unit.

The place was good and the walking distance to the beach was good to.

Everything was good except the communication with the front desk or property manager. I called for two different issues but the office was always closed you only get a recording saying to leave a message and they would call you back next day but they never did

The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, utensils,etc. Because this is a unit overlooking the pool, you can really only see the ocean from the master bedroom window or balcony off the living room. Making a reservation and checking in and out of the condo was easy. There were renovations being made to other units at the complex and the noise was annoying during the day. I have stayed at other units in Anchorage II and would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This unit has been remodeled nicely, with the wall between the kitchen and the living room/dining area completely removed leaving a lovely open and bright environment. The unit was very clean upon our arrival and it is well stocked with plates, utensils, appliances, etc. A nice touch is the presence of night lights in both bathrooms and the living room to help one navigate in a strange place in the middle of the night.We had a problem with a toilet develop during our stay, and management arranged to have it fixed quickly with no disruption to our stay.

Love that this property was so close to the beach and it also had a great pool. Everything was good except for the outside porch /hall are a. The carpet is quite worn and rippled. Could be a danger for tripping.
