Das Anchorage I liegt inmitten eines üppigen tropischen Innenhofs mit einem großen Außenpool und einer Terrasse. Das Deck umfasst Liegestühle für Sie einen Tag rund um den Pool zu genießen. Es gibt mehrere Tür Grills auf jeder Seite des Komplexes. Vor Anchorage Ich werde Sie eine Übungspfad, den privaten Zugang zum Meer und Duschen im Freien für unsere Gäste zu genießen finden. We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. It was our first time there and we are glad we picked this property to stay at. The location is good. Easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Awesome condo in a great location

This condo is located in a wonderful location and is family friendly and quiet. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and cleanliness of the condo. The balcony was so relaxing at night and for our morning coffee. We have found our favorite place to stay and will be booking again for vacation next year.

Enjoyable

Very nice location. Not too crowded. Never stayed anywhere that had the kitchen stocked as well as this one. The crew that cleans does a wonderful job! Management was easy to reach out to and they responded quickly. I don't have anything bad to say about this place.

Super relaxing beachcation

This was exactly what we had hoped for and more! Easy to check-in and out, super clean, and the condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was maintained/checked daily and the beautiful beach was just steps away! My only wish-for was that there was more within walking distance but anything we needed was within a short and easy drive. Overall, great area with condos and residential properties. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Family Beach Getaway

This was a perfect home away from home for our young family. Condo is super spacious, beach and pool easy to get to. Loved the balcony. Quiet area with a little park by the beach too. Walmart close by. My one and only complaint is that the king bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable for my husband and I. It creaked evertime I moved which made it difficult for having our 4m old sleeping next to us in the pack n play.

So good I want to keep it secret!

Just like my headline says, I want to keep the place a secret. First, the rental agency was very helpful when I had issues checking in. It was my issue but they never made me feel silly. Second, I don’t know how it can be close to so many activities and still be so quiet and relaxing. The condo was updated beautifully and the pool was immaculate. You can literally walk across a quiet street to the beach. No dunes or steps to climb. Even better is there is a shower you can rinse off with as you exit the beach. We plan on many return trips!

Nice Condo

We had a nice stay at this condo. It is very convenient to the beach, just a short walk. The interior of the condo was clean and as described on-line. It was nicely decorated and well stocked. The pool was great for our family. Overall, the property was family friendly. There were lots of families and children during the week of our vacation. The long-term residents were friendly and helpful. The directions to use the keypad for entry could have been clearer. I had to call the property management for better instructions. We were able to solve the problem over the phone. Also, I did not give the condo 5 stars because it is listed as non-smoking. It was impossible to leave the patio door open to hear the ocean waves because other people were smoking on the balconies. We smelled cigarettes and weed frequently during our stay. It was not uncommon to hear a lot of thuds and banging through the ceiling. We were on the second floor. I'm not sure if that is the case in all the condos or if we were staying below a rowdy bunch.

I highly recommend this rental property! It looked exactly like the pictures! Being close to the beach was really important to us, and this location did not disappoint! I was able to get up each morning, walk across the street and watch the sun rise! The pool is well maintained and was very popular! Check in instructions were clear, having an elevator in the building was an added bonus! I will be rebooking in the very near future!

Most of the condos sit right around the pool area and there is no enforcement of the no swimming after dusk rule. Teenagers were in the pool well after midnight screaming and talking loudly. You can also hear every footstep in the condo above you. If you have a noise aversion, you may want to book the top floor condos away from the pool area. Otherwise, condo is beautiful and comfortable.

As previously explained to rental agency - After staying at Anchorage 1 &2 for over 30+ years, this year we noticed a big drop in the maintenance of the grounds. For instance - washout of mulch from a heavy rain event unto walkways took 3+ days to be addressed. This complex went non-smoking June 1st. Great move however, the unit below us had someone constantly smoking on their balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We only stay at Anchorage when visiting Myrtle Brach! We love the family atmosphere and love being on the beach. Everything is clean, beautifully decorated and is truly a vacation. Only complaint I have this time is the people above us were very loud (stomping). I honestly think it is because there is no carpet and hardwood floors. Beside that every thing was perfect.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately sometimes when you have guest above your condo you can hear them walking around.
