Kitchen: fully stocked with modern appliances, a butler’s pantry, island seating, multiple dining tables, and a coffee bar with Keurig + pods — perfect for family meals.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds; the primary suite has an en‑suite bathroom. Every room enjoys Arizona sunset views.

Downstairs: Additional queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a whiskey room with a vintage bar, poker table and Smart TV.

House Rules/Additional Information:

Fire Ban Restrictions: Please be aware that during local wildland fire seasons, Arizona observes fire bans. As a result, the outdoor fire table may not be used when fire restrictions are in place.

Pet Policy: We allow up to two (2) well trained and well behaved dogs at our rental property for an additional fee. To help ensure a wonderful stay, please make sure all dogs are added under the pet count on your reservation prior to arrival. Pets are strictly not allowed on the furniture, beds, or couches. Please note that additional cleaning fees will apply if pet hair or stains are found on the furnishings. Because our yard is only partially fenced, owners must accompany and supervise their pets outside. Additionally, pets cannot be left unattended inside the home unless they are safely secured in a kennel or crate. Please note that pet owners are 100% responsible for any property damage, or lost items caused by their pets.

Smoking Policy: We allow smoking outside with all windows and doors closed. We have a fine of $500 for any smoke residue found in the home.

Trash Service: Trash service is conducted on Tuesday mornings. Our hospitality team will take the trash cans to the side of the road for collection and return them after service.

Local Wildlife: Prescott is home to various wildlife, including javelinas, lizards, beetles, coyotes, and other animals. Please exercise caution and do not leave food outside, as this can attract wildlife. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any wildlife encounters or issues.

Check-In and Check-Out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be communicated and agreed upon in advance. Please note that these options are not available for same-day checkouts and check-ins.

Hospitality Team: We have a full-service hospitality team available to handle any requests during your stay. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions or needs!

Plumbing Guidelines: To prevent backups and blockages, our plumbing can only accommodate toilet paper, flushable wipes, and feminine products. Please dispose of all other items in the waste receptacles provided.

Gatherings: Our home is situated on a large property and can accommodate small gatherings for an additional fee. Please note that small gatherings must conclude by 10 PM and cannot include additional overnight guests. We have a strict no-party policy; any violations may result in the termination of your reservation and a $500 fine for any neighborhood disruptions.

Property Safety: The home is equipped with exterior cameras for property safety. Please be aware that these cameras are not monitored regularly.

Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves, their guests, and any children during their stay. We recommend taking necessary precautions to ensure everyone's well-being.
