We design this house for ourselves to live in with heart and attention to details. You would love beautiful bedrooms, living room/kitchen, amazing landscaping back yard with multiple sittings areas. We also have an enclosed front yard for enjoying weather.

Fully furnished home ideal for 30+ day stays, easy to find for traveling professionals, insurance housing, traveling nurses, and extended corporate rentals.

The space
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Located in very quiet, safe and upper middle class neighbors of Leimert park.
- This house is recently renovated. Furniture designed by a professional interior designer

BED ARRANGEMENT:
3 bedrooms on the first floor with 2 bathrooms for convenient.
Second floor is the master suite with attached bathroom.
Very beautiful comfortable beds, pillows, mattress

AMENTITIES:
- Roku TV 55" both in the living room and master bedroom so please bring your Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc

INDOOR LIVING:
- When you first walk in the front door, you are greeted by our inviting living room, dinning space for 6 persons, and kitchen and all of these connected with the backyard for perfect south cal indoor outdoor living.
The house has an amazing backyard with a lot of seating area for your enjoyment.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
- There are two sittings area outside of the house. Lounge area with string
lightings that will be amazing at night, dining seating area for 8 persons. We also have a hammock in the backyard under orange tree.
- Professional design landscape all around the house, very green and refreshing

PARKINGS: 3 driveway parkings on the right side of the house

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

TOP ATTRACTIONS:
- Close to USC, Downtown LA, Culver city, and Universal Studio. Close enough to LAX.
- Central location close to everything LA has to offer. 14 mins to downtown LA
19 mins to LAX airport
25 mins to Venice, Santa Monica Beaches
20 mins to Hollywood, Beverly Hills
25 minutes to Universal Studio
Guest access
- Guests have access to the whole house
- Washer and Dryer is available for a small fee as water is expensive in LA
Other things to note
- Home has mobile AC units
- To turn on string light in the back yard, please use the switch inside next to the washer/dryer
- Roku TV on first floor and Fire TV on second floor.
- Please note that we no longer refill propane tank due to our house keeper no longer doing this.. You can take the empty tank and go to home depot very close to the house and have it refill. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank.
- One AC we leave the closet and can be plugged in when needed.
- Free parking on driveway that can park up to 3 cars
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.

For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
