House Rules & Booking Policies
By booking this home, all guests agree to the following:

Pool Waiver
For your safety and peace of mind, we kindly ask all guests to sign a short pool waiver before arrival. It’s quick and easy—and helps ensure everyone enjoys the pool responsibly!

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. We can confirm availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure.

Noise & Neighborhood Respect
No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and the peaceful residential setting.

No Smoking
Smoking of any kind—including e-cigarettes and marijuana—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A $500 cleaning fee applies for violations.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed unless approved in writing by the host. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee.

Guest Responsibility
Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the property. Travel insurance is recommended.

Damage Reporting
Please report any accidental damage before check-out. We understand accidents happen!

Security & Monitoring
For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with two outdoor security cameras: one doorbell camera to assist with smart lock access, and another facing the driveway. Noise monitors may also be present to help ensure quiet hours are respected. No cameras are located inside the home.

No Firearms
Firearms are not permitted on the property, whether carried openly or concealed.

Guest Limit
Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed. Additional guests or visitors must be approved in advance.

Lost & Found
Left-behind items can be returned for a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
