The little community it's in is really nice and quiet, everyone was friendly! It looks just like the pics! The kids loved the pool being right out front of the house and was in it every day! It never really got busy so it was nice! Theres a Walmart literally right next door so that was great! And it's a close walk to the beach! Communication with the host was great, responds very fast! The only complaint is the cleaning company needs to do better(was moldy coffee in the coffee pot, and dust on alot, the fan in LR needs to be dusted bad!) But overall it wasn't too bad and worth the price! We are really looking forward to coming back and will definitely be booking here again!

Wonderful family get-away

We go annually for the F-Body Beach Bash and this was our first time staying at this location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here with our adult children, access to the beach was wonderful and a quick walk. Communication with the owner was wonderful, he was quick to respond for any questions we might have. Would recommend this home to others.

Home away from home.

Check in was a breeze. Kitchen facilities was great, utensils were all there. WiFi spot on, walking distance to beach also to Walmart. Very quiet community, pool was couple feet away from cottage, mini golf course was walking distance. Some areas of cottage need some fresh paint, few scuffs here and there. Overall great place to vacation.

Great place

I enjoyed the stay and the condo was nice. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaners need to do a more thorough cleaning of the place. Other than that everything else was good.

Great location, great service, so close to the beautiful beach!

The house is nice, clean and neat. The community is also so nice, organized, quiet and welcoming. So close to the white sand beach, about 2 min walk, 1 block. A lot of shopping stores around within walking distance, so convenient. You can buy or cook your own meals, everything is provided in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Thanks for your feedback. I called a pest control treatment after you checked out. The pest control technician said those bugs you observed were water bugs which were popular on the beach. The patio chairs were cleaned as well.

All in all, the property was mostly clean, and the location was safe and convenient to the beach. My only issue was that the presentation was discouraging compared to the photos on the app. The furniture was old; I wasn't sure if it was safe to lounge on the living room furniture. We got past that as a family and still enjoyed our stay. The walls were dirty; the place just looks old inside.

House was just what we needed. Good location and short walk to beach.

Short drive to the boardwalk or to the Market Commons. Beach is also just a block away. There is property security that comes through often. Make sure you put your parking tag in windshield because they do check often. Forgot to put ours in first day and they asked about it. I was glad to see they were watching the facility. Owner had good communication and made our stay very accommodating.

Deceiving… needs some cleaning

Cleanliness was very subpar. The floors and walls were filthy. I tried to clean the floors myself and the mops were jet black and unusable. Also, pictures are outdated and not accurate to the listing. Otherwise, the pool and neighborhood were great. Very friendly community as well. It does get a little sketchy when you leave the condo area though.

I rarely received the complaints on the cleaning. I will update the pictures soon. I am very glad to know you liked the neighborhood and swimming pool.

Family Vacation

My family of 4 enjoyed getting to visit Myrtle Beach for the first time! Pros for the property: *location was excellent (close proximity to beach, Walmart, activities!!) *beach supplies available so my kids could enjoy playing-thank you! *adorable nejghborhood of cottages with a pool my kids loved! *quick communication with host *comfy beds Cons of property: *lack of attention to details (remotes missing batteries, no lighter for grill, had to fill out parking pass and literally couldn’t find a pen( used my eyeliner pencil) *cleanliness (lots of stains on carpet, could have been cleaner) * wear and tear was evident in property-could use some updates *living room tv screen’s image was distorted

Beware!

The list of issues is very long - here are a few - many roaches, maggots in bottom of trash can, bugs everywhere... dirty dishes... no way to turn on the fan in bedroom.. no way to adjust the fan in the other bedroom or downstairs living room...no batteries in remote so never got to turn on the tv...just very disappointed.

I visited this guest after they checked in my property. She told me this unit was so beautiful and I was very happy to hear about that. They rented my another property for their kids. In the second day, I started to receive her complaints for the other property and they asked money back. I refused to refund money back. I asked a technician to fix the fans and take care of the TVs, but this guest refused him to go there. I was so confused why she didn’t allow my technician to get in to fix those. After she checked out, pest control technician checked and treated the house completely, and no any roaches were identified. My technician went there to check everything and fixed the ceiling fans found everything else was good. This guest tried to get some money back by complaining on false things. She left this false negative review because I refused her request. My team works very hard to make my properties best vacation homes for my guests. All my previous guests had very good experience in my properties and left very good reviews. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from other guests as well.

Poorly kept

The cottage served it’s purpose for us as far as having a place to sleep. The beds were comfortable. We had a group of 6 including my 1 year old. There is not adequate seating in the living room for this many people even though the description states it accommodates this many people. The cottage itself was filthy. I went out and bought a mop and swifter as well as Lysol wipes and scrub n bubbles for the showers. The floors were so dirty my baby’s feet were black. The walls look like they’ve never been washed. The place just needs a deep clean but otherwise it was fine. The pool area was nice and we also used the grill twice for dinner.

Thanks for your feedback. This unit can host 7 guests. It has 4 chairs for dining table, 1 sofa and 1 loveseat in the livingroom. I am very sorry for the cleanliness. I talked with the cleaning company and they will take action to improve the quality on cleaning. The house was deep cleaned last weekend. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from my other guests as well.

5 min walk to the beach

Great location only a 5 min walk to the beach. Pool is only 50 yards from the front door of the townhouse. Everyone within the community was friendly, and a pretty quite community for the most part. I would say the townhouse does need better cleaning but other then that book this location!

My Stay Experience

It was very nice, the neighborhood was quiet and everyone there was very nice. When we arrived at the property at 4 pm (our check in time) the cleaners were not complete. They said they would "finish really fast" and did not do a very efficient job. The floors were dirty up/downstairs and the pull out couch was very dirty and had a random plastic bag on it. Other than that we had no issues !

We enjoyed our stay and liked the location, very short walk to the beach and walmart. Host was nice and answered our questions. The house was pretty dirty when we arrived, some things seemed to not have been cleaned at all prior which was the only problem we had

Thanks for your feedback. You checked in one hour earlier than the checkin time. The unit was not ready yet when you checked in.

Indiana Girls

Everything was good. There are a couple things you might want to be a where of. When using the dryer it keeps running if you set it on the heavy setting. We used it again but used the timed setting and it worked just find. There is a chair on the back patio the has a broken arm. If someone doesn’t see this they may fall. We enjoyed our girls vacation and would stay again. Thank you

Bad furniture

The dinning furniture was falling a part. Both bed were uncomfortable with old bedding. Comforters had holes in them.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I am very sorry for this review. The dinner furniture and beds were fixed. The bedding were updated. My team and cleaning company work very hard to make my properties best vacation homes for my guests. All my previous guests like my property very much. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from previous guests as well.
