Step into a piece of history at our charming two-bedroom property. Built in 1936, this exquisite building was one of the first in Athens to feature central heating, a true marvel of its time.

During the tumultuous years of World War II, this residence served as a strategic base for German forces due to its modern amenities. The echoes of history resonate through its walls, where stories of resilience and intrigue unfold.

Ioannis Georganis, the architect behind this remarkable structure, not only crafted this beautiful building but also resided in the penthouse, which offers stunning views of the city. Georganis, a close confidant of the legendary Aristotelis Onassis, played a pivotal role in executing Onassis's will. His apartment was a secret rendezvous for Onassis and Jackie Kennedy during their engagement, adding a touch of romance to its storied past.
