Verification Process

Please note that we require our guest to verify their booking by sending a copy of their valid ID. Once verified, we will provide you with the door code before your check in time

Please note that for security purposes, a complete property address will be disclosed after fully confirmed reservation.

Check-in/out: 4PM/11AM (except Bonaire: 3PM check-in). Early/late fees apply ($50/hour).
Events & Parties: Not allowed (penalty: $500/day).
Respect the Property: Eat in designated areas, use furniture/amenities carefully, park in assigned spots.
Security: No unapproved visitors.
Additional guest fee: $30 per guest per night after 2 first two guest.
Pets are not allowed
Prohibited Smoking inside including Drugs and marijuana ($500/day fine),
Additional Fees: Excessive laundry ($50), uncleaned BBQ ($50).


PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT FLUSH WIPES, PAPER TOWELS, OR OTHER ITEMS DOWN THE TOILET.
These items can cause clogs and overflows, leading to costly repairs.
Violators will be charged for maintenance costs.
