After traveling so far, we completely understand how disappointing that situation must have felt 💛 At the time of your reservation, we were still in our previous building and received unexpected notice of a floor-wide maintenance and safety protocol that required temporary access to units on that level. Because it affected the whole floor, we were unable to welcome guests during that window, and we truly regret the timing and inconvenience it caused. We also recognize communication should have been faster and clearer, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have since relocated to our new high-rise residence in downtown San Diego an upgraded, beautifully furnished home with premium amenities and stunning panoramic bay & skyline views. We now have full control over the unit and have implemented a streamlined, proactive check-in and communication process to ensure every arrival is seamless ✅ Your feedback helped us strengthen our hosting experience, and we would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for the smooth, elevated stay you deserved from the start ✨🌆
