The home’s fenced-in back yard is the perfect spot for a game or two of catch or playing endless rounds of fetch with your furry companions. The deck offers both the option for sun and shade whether you’re losing yourself in the pages of a good book or grilling up a barbeque feast to serve up tableside for a delicious meal al fresco.



When you’re ready to venture out into the greater area, the sparkling white beaches this area is well-known for are a 15-minute drive away, while you can be in the heart of the city in 10 minutes or less. Stroll through the quaint downtown area, where Spanish colonial buildings house charming boutiques, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants. Feel the gentle sea breeze as you explore the historic Castillo de San Marcos, or enjoy a leisurely boat ride along the Matanzas River, taking in the stunning views of the city’s skyline. As the day winds down, find a peaceful spot on the beach to watch the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Driveway and street parking available for 3 vehicles.
