We do send an arrival guide to your email three days before check-in, and we also text the same information on the day of arrival. In addition, there’s a QR code in the condo that links to a landing page with details specific to your stay. It’s important to read through the information we send so your check-in is smooth, and your stay is easy. We’ll follow up with our team to ensure these details are clear for future guests.
