We take cleanliness and pest control very seriously, and while issues like this are rare, we appreciate you bringing it to our attention right away so we could quickly relocate you to a more comfortable unit. We’ve since taken immediate action to address the issue and have had the property professionally treated. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. While we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of encountering insects in a tropical environment, we do take several measures to mitigate this, including regular professional pest control services scheduled by the resort management.
