The home’s main living area is a dream-worthy space for spending quality time with your group. The open concept design allows you to enjoy each other's company, even as everyone does their own thing! The peaceful living area features chic furnishings and plush seating options around a smart tv, perfect for laid-back leisure time. This flows right into the modern kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, cookware, and casual barstool seating along the counter. Easily whip up delicious meals to enjoy around the dining table set for 6, or head out to your ground-level patio for an evening BBQ in the desert air. This home truly has something for everyone. This home sleeps up to 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, private balcony with cozy outdoor seating, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, spa tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has 2 sets of bunk beds with a total of 4 twin size beds and 1 full size bed. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

A total of 4 parking spaces are available between the garage and driveway. Additional parking can be found in the resort on a first come first served basis.
