Welcome to your ultimate getaway nestled near the breathtaking White Mountains! These two stunning townhouses offer the perfect blend of comfort, space, and convenience, accommodating a total of 20 guests across 8 beautifully appointed bedrooms.
Each townhouse boasts ample space spread across multiple levels, ensuring everyone in your group has room to relax and unwind.
Both houses provides abundant natural light that floods the space through large windows and high vaulted ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere complemented by a striking stone fireplace in the living room perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or exploring the White Mountains.
LIVING AREA
Each house has their own their living spaces that are both welcoming and cozy, furnished with plush seating, vaulted ceilings, and a wood-burning stone fireplace. Ample natural light enhances the space, and a spacious Smart TV ensures easy access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime for entertainment.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen provides ample space and comes equipped with essential tools and utensils for preparing delicious meals at home. Each dining area can accommodates six guests, with an additional four barstools available at the kitchen counter.
TOWNHOUSE #1 - BED & BATHROOMS
This residence sleeps ten guests across four bedrooms. - Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed and bunk bed
Bedroom 4: 1 full bed
Each room features a Smart TV for streaming.
TOWNHOUSE #2 - BED & BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a bunk bed
The third has a queen bed
The fourth has two twin beds (basement level)
The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, while the upstairs bathroom features a combination shower and tub.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Their will be balcony areas for each home that offers a small table and chairs, a grill with provided propane, and extra seating.
Each guests also have access to a pool and tennis court for recreational activities.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, family games, and a selection of books and nature guides.
Each bathroom is furnished with a hairdryer, and towels, sheets, and essential amenities are provided.
LOCATION
Conveniently located across from Cranmore Mountain, this condominium offers year-round activities. Explore local trails, shop at outlets, dine locally, and access various ski mountains within 2 to 30 minutes. Nearby attractions include Cranmore Mountain Resort, Conway Village shops and restaurants, Settlers Green Outlets, Echo Lake State Park, Story Land, Attitash Ski Resort, and the Kancamagus Highway.
There are no more than 20 guests allowed, and the guest count in your booking must be correct. No outside visitors are allowed.
* Guests must be 25 years of age and must show photo ID (driver's license)
* All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement upon booking and before arrival.
* No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
* Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
* If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
* Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we’d like to keep it that way :)
* No smoking of any kind, cigarettes/cigars and/or Vaping– also don’t discard your cigarettes in the house trash cans. There will be a $400 charge if smoking occurs.
* No fireworks * There is a 24 hour outdoor surveillance camera that points to the driveway only
* Please respect the neighborhood-quiet time hours are 10 pm-7 am
