Make Seaside Park your next vacation stop. We are proud to offer you our newly updated spacious two level 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath beach house, perfect for families. Just imagine, no more fighting for that 1-bathroom.
We offer an ideal location, Close enough to the beach, 2-blocks (a 10-minute walk) and you will be at the white sandy beach of Seaside Park. Yet far enough not to be caught in the constant noise. Carrying all those beach items will now become a distance memory and should you need to go back for that emergency, it is nice to know it is all doable.
Have your morning coffee on your large private deck, just watching the sun rise. And during the evening, enjoy outdoor deck dining with your own private propane grill. And for larger gatherings we provide you own private picnic table.
With our 3-vehicle on-site parking, no more stressing in locating those difficult street parking spaces
The space
Ideal for a relaxing and fun-filled getaway! Experience the luxury of ample rooms to spread out, in our spacious whole house rental. You will have plenty of space to relax, unwind, and make unforgettable memories with family and friends. Our extra-large Kitchen for those nights you just want to stay home to a good home cook dinner. In addition, our Living room has 2-sofas Enjoy the freedom and comfort of having the entire space to yourself, ensuring a truly immersive and enjoyable stay.

Reserve early for the best times:
For May, June and September, we only accept a 3-night minimum.
For July and August, we only accept weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday
ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
2) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
3) There is another house on the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please be courteous.
4) If any guests in your group are unable to climb stairs, this may not be the property for you. The main living area contains a bathroom, kitchen and living room.
5) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.
6) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.
7) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
8) The minimum age to book is 30 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
