***Groups with young children - High Chair & Pack n Play (travel crib) can be provided upon request.

HOUSE RULES:

Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. Music and other noise must be kept to an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors.

Smoking of any kind, including "vapes" or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the property. This includes both INDOOR and OUTDOOR spaces.

No parties, gatherings, or events. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation allowed.

No adult entertainment services allowed on the property.

No pets.

No commercial video or photography.

No rearranging of furniture.

Only Toilet Paper should be flushed down toilets. Feminine hygiene products, paper towels, & "flushable" wipes should NOT be flushed down the toilet.

Our property has outdoor security cameras for safety, with views of the exterior only (front, side, and back of the house; driveway). There are no cameras inside or in private spaces, ensuring your privacy is respected during your stay.

Tampering with, blocking, or disconnecting outdoor security cameras, Wi-Fi, or smart locks is prohibited.

No crypto mining allowed.

No illegal drug use or possession is allowed on the property.

Any breach of the house rules, including hosting unauthorized parties, can lead to the immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Additionally, you can be held responsible for charges/damages/additional cleaning incurred as a result of not following the house rules.
