• There is additional uncovered parking that can accommodate up to 2 more cars comfortably for each property, as well as ample free street parking

**NOTE**: This property shares a driveway, backyard and pool with another home on the same lot. The owners also live next door.

You will have access to the entire home other than the locked linen closet. The yard space and pool are shared.
