My family and I recently stayed in this condo, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we found there were no basic supplies provided—no paper towels, dish soap, or sponge. When we contacted the front desk, they stated these items should have been in the unit, but despite our request, nothing was delivered, so we had to purchase our own.Cleanliness was a major issue. It appeared that the unit had not been deeply cleaned in quite some time. There was dust throughout, including the ceilings. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky, and the dishes stored inside were not clean. I avoided touching them directly and used a paper towel to open cabinets/drawers. The cookware was worn and hard to use without food sticking. While the bed sheets were clean, they were old and worn. Additionally, the master bathroom tub did not drain properly, leaving us standing in several inches of water while showering.The large penthouse patio was a big reason we chose this condo, but sadly, we were unable to use it. It was covered in bird droppings, including the furniture. While I understand that birds are hard to control, it did not appear that the area had been cleaned recently. The patio furniture was also in poor condition—rusted, worn, and in some cases unusable. The large table was warped and separating from its base, and the rattan furniture was missing cushions. The most concerning issue occurred when my daughter woke up to find a large roach on her pillow.
