This serene spot features a master with a queen bed, a cozy loft with 2 more queen beds and a family room with a cloud sofa that will likely be your favorite place to sleep. The Professional Kitchen will delight you with a 48" Janksa Range and Oven. With amenities like A/C, washer and dryer and WiFi, guests can unwind and enjoy the fantastic surroundings in style. Comfort:
This cabin is most comfortable for 6 guests but if you're traveling with kids, you can go up to 8.

Linens:
Your beds will beds freshly made just prior to your arrival, including two pillows for each guest. Freshly laundered bath towels, hand towels, face towels and kitchen towels will also be provided.

Kitchen:
The fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features natural finished wood counters counters. Included are pots, pans, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender and instant-pot, air fryer, cooking utensils and seasonings. We will leave you some of our favorite coffee K-cups, but feel free to bring your own stash of coffee and seasonings as well!

Dining:
There a tall dining table with 8 barstools.

Family room:
Large sectional sofa and ottoman, as well as a flat panel smart TV.

BBQ:
The BBQ is a Traeger Pellet Grill which has 6-in-1 ability to grill, smoke, bake, roast, braise, and bbq. We’ll leave you a fully stocked hopper with pellets.

The Deck:
Enjoy your morning coffee and relax on the deck while enjoying panoramic views of Deer Lake.

The Dock:
The private wood dock is a great place to spend the day relaxing, jumping and swimming.

Watercraft:
If you want to bring motorized watercraft, message us prior to booking so we can talk about the size of your boat, number of skis, moorage, and trailer parking. Guests are expected to adhere to boating safety laws and lake etiquette, including observing the no-wake zone. Extra fees will apply. If you’re bringing watercraft, message us BEFORE YOU BOOK for approval.

Dogs:
If you want to bring your dog(s) with you, message us prior to booking with the size of your dog(s) and their level of training. Guest are expected to keep their dog(s) on a leash when outside the property lines and to pick up after them. No more than 2 dogs are permitted and extra fees will apply. If you’re bringing pets, message us BEFORE YOU BOOK for approval.

Parking:
Parking is tight at Deer Lake and this property is no exception. Two spaces are included. JUST TWO. There’s no overflow parking, no remote partaking lot, no asking the neighbors for favors. If you arrive with extra vehicles, you’ll be “up a creek”, as they say.

Smoking:
This is a NON-SMOKING rental, this includes both inside and outside

Quiet Time:
Outside quiet time starts @ 10 pm. If you want to enjoy the dock or deck late at night, just be considerate of our neighbors.

Extra visitors:
Entertaining people outside of your reserved guest count is not permitted.
