3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedroom #1 is a large room with a private full bath, a queen,
and a trundle bed. Bedroom #2 has a trundle bed and a single bed. Bedroom #3 has a
queen bed. The second floor has an open design, brand new kitchen and appliances with a
large breakfast bar, dining area, large sunny living area with cathedral ceilings and a
luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed. Master bedroom has a full bathroom with
the second entrance to the living area. There are 4 HD TVs with premium entertainment.

your enjoyment. The front deck with bay and sunset view has a large dining table and
chaise lounges. Back deck has a dining table and a cozy wicker lounge sitting area perfect
for cocktail hour. The large backyard has lounge chairs and a spacious outdoor shower. 2nd floor rear deck off the master bedroom is the outside grill that has a natural gas line piped to it.
